Actually the real reason to shoot in 30 fps is not that it’s 25% faster (it helps though), it’s because all computers and phones run 60 fps, 24 fps does not add up to 60 fps, so you end up with uneven stutter when it’s skipping frames, where 30 fps fits perfectly on a 60 fps screen.
24 fps is for shooting slow shots not for swooping, reveals, etc. Especially at a faster pace there’s nothing wrong with shooting in 24fps. However, it does depend on how your shooting your subject
