- Crunchy Popcorn Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken Marination
• Boneless Chicken 500 grams, cut into an inch cubes
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Vinegar 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Coating
• All-purpose flour 1 cup
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp or to taste
• Red chili powder 1 tsp or more
• Paprika powder 1.5 tsp
• Garlic powder 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
FRYING TIME: 3-4 minutes on medium flame
• Oregano 1/2 tsp
Popcorn Chicken Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
• Butter 4 tbsp
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Tomato puree 4 tsp
• Chilli flakes 2 tsp
• Soy sauce 4 tbsp
• Chili sauce 2 tbsp or to taste
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
• Ketchup 1 cup
• Sugar 4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Water about 1/2 cup
One Pot Spanish Rice Recipe
Ingredients
• Rice 2 cups, washed and soaked for 30 minutes
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Tomatoes 4 medium sized, chopped
• Water 1.5 cups + Chicken Cubes 1.5 (or 1.5 cups chicken broth)
• Tomato paste 1 tbsp (or ketchup 2 tbsp)
• Cumin powder 2 tsp
• Garlic powder 1 tsp
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Sugar 1 tsp or less (just to cut down the acidity of the tomatoes)
