Ingredients
For Cake
• All purpose flour 2 cups
• Table Sugar 1 cup (or a little less)
• Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
• Salt 1/3 tsp
• Baking Powder 1 + 1/2 tsp
• Baking Soda 1 + 1/2 tsp
• Eggs 2 (at room temperature)
• Milk 280 ml (at room temperature)
• Oil 1/4 cup
• Melted Butter 1/4 cup
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
Mousse (For Filling)
• Whipping cream 400 ml (cream should be cold)
• Chocolate chips 1 cup (or you can use chocolate chopped into small pieces)
Glaze (For Topping)
• Whipping cream 100 ml
• Chocolate chips 1/2 cup (or you can use chocolate chopped into small pieces)
Baking Instructions: bake at 170*C in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Note: Instead of glaze you can use readymade chocolate syrup.
Egg substitute: instead of 2 eggs you can use 1/2 cup thick yogurt

Tip: If you like your cake to cook evenly without a dome, wet paper towel, enclose it in foil and make a belt. Surround the tin with this belt. The cake will bake evenly, it will be dense and moist.
