• Mutton boneless 500 gms cut into thin slices (escalopes/pasanda cut)
• Fried onions 2 tbsp
• Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp full
• Ginger paste 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste 3/4 tbsp
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tbsp (or to taste)
• Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
• Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
• Garam Masala powder 1/2 tbsp
• Skewers
• Oil as needed
BUTTER CHICKEN

• Chicken boneless 600 grams
• Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
• Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder 1 teaspoon (or more for more spice)
• Salt to taste
• Oil 2 tablespoon for frying
Gravy
• Oil 1 tablespoon
• Butter 1 tablespoon
• Onions 2 very big sized, roughly chopped
• Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
• Cashew (Kaaju) should be unsalted 100 grams
• Tomatoes 600 grams roughly chopped
• Salt to taste 1 teaspoon or to taste
• Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
• Kashmiri red chili powder 4 teaspoons or regular chili powder 2 teaspoons
• Sugar 2 teaspoons
• White vinegar 2 teaspoons
• Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasoori methi) 1 teaspoon
• Butter 4 tablespoons
• Fresh cream 3 tablespoons
Garnish
• Cream
• Butter

• All-purpose flour 1 + 3/4 cup
• Unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 cup
• Baking soda 1 + 1/2 tsp
• Baking powder 1 + 1/2 tsp
• 1 teaspoon salt 1 tsp
• Eggs 2 large (at room temperature)
• Milk 1 cup
• Vinegar 1 tsp
• Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
• Vanilla extract 2 tsp
• Boiling water 1 cup
Chocolate Frosting:
• Chocolate 170 gm
• Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp
• Whipping Cream 500 ml
Thick Chocolate Sauce
• Sugar 1 cup
• Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
• All-purpose flour 3 tbsp
• Salt 1 pinch
• Milk 1 + 3/4 cup
• Vanilla extract 1 tsp
• Unsalted Butter 3 tbsp
Cake Decoration
• Chocolate shavings
• Strawberries
• Powdered Cookies (I used Marie biscuits)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180*C in a preheated oven

your cake was beautiful :) a small tip: if you want cream to hold its shape for days, add a tbsp (level), or even 1 tsp, of corn flour when whipping a pint or 2 cups of cream. you can also add 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
