Ingredients (for 4 people) :-
Raw Rice - 800g
Moong Dal - 200g
Chana Dal - 2 teaspoon
Hing Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoon
Butter - 3 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
