    I can’t believe how much you guys have helped me with the little (and sometimes not so little) aches and pains that have been cropping up now that I’m in my mid 50’s. This little 5 min exercise cured the foot pain I’ve had for a couple of months! I own a retail store and am on my feet running around all day and it’s been frustrating. If it comes up again I know what to do. :)
    I have been pretty fit and agile my whole life and it’s been depressing to think about losing that as I get older. Thanks for helping me feel empowered to deal with stuff so that my body can continue to be strong no matter how old I get. That you do it with humor and a light touch makes it more fun.
    Thank you!!

    You guys are great. Many thanks from Bordeaux. I have new pain on the outside of my right ankle. I’m working on mobilizing and stretching but it feels like a pinched nerve so still searching. Oddly enough the issue you mentioned right at the end is actually a chronic condition I’ve been managing on my own for 25 years. Like your video on Tiezi Syndrome, you are helping me find what the actual issue is, find a solution, and put decades of pain behind me. Thank you!

    I had a mid-foot fusion and Lapidus, and the operation was a success. Almost a year later I developed a bad pain NOT near the operation, but over on the outside of my foot. I was so disturbed by that. I saw this video and--bam--the pain was gone after I wiggled and massaged the cuboid. Thanks so much! Now I'm going to find out why this has happened, it's possible I haven't really relearned how to walk properly. Thanks so much, Bob and Brad!!!

      Same! I got perpneal tendonitis in August and it was very bad for a month. Then I had pain on the outer top of my foot, an inch or too form the ankle towards the toes after my ankle and leg pain subsided. Physical therapist just said my peroneal tendon had a tear since I heard a pop in August a week before the tendonitits and it was getting pulled on due to tight peroneals.
      Its been months though and nothing seems to worked...until i did this today and its instant releif.
      Now to just walk normally again...

    Hi. Thank you for informative video. I have sprained my ankle about 2 months ago (it got bruised and swell). I can't walk properly yet though most of the swelling and bruises are gone. The pain is not at the lateral but on the foot along fifth metatarsal as I trace it with my finger and sometimes I feel my little finger has gone numb. There is also a local swelling at the joint of 5th metatarsal and cuboid (I geuss) which pops up on my foot when I stand and it is really tender (I wonder could it be a bone). I can bend my injured foot as much as my uinjured foot though I can't go down of stairs. The X-ray showed no fracture. I tried the maneuver with my fifth metatarsal but it exacerbates the pain. I really appreciate it if you could help me I have become desperate and hopless to ever walk again, could it be cuboid syndrom?

    I had a lot of feet surgeries. The first doctor messed up my toes on left, I had a huge bonion on both feet . That was 20 years ago. I went to good feet store and got arch support for my shoes. It really help me to go out walking and can exercises. Before after surgeries I had a hard time walking. The arch supports helped me walk . Now I can go outside walking for 2 hours now and jog on my jogger at home.

    So in 2017 i switched from a retail job (climbed ladders every day, on my feet all day) to an office job....about a year after making the switch i started having a lot of pain in my achiles tendons. I had to stop taking the stairs to my floor and switch to the elevator it was so painful. So from then till today ive had off and on pain there and cant do certain movements without significant pain....this year in march i injured both my ankles. I jumped down from something wearing wedge heals . My left ankle was hurting on the outside around my ankle bone and on the inside from the middle of my foot and all throughout my heel...my right foot was hurting primarily on the top along the metatarsal bones (i think thats what they are called) the pain in the bottom of my foot keeps getting worse. it hurts in both feet but more so in the left and ive noticed it hurts the most when i take my first steps after waking up each morning or after sitting for long periods of time and then walking...im tired of the achilese tendon pain and pain in my ankles/feet. Which videos do you suggest i watch? and yes my calves are very tight but sometimes when i try to stretch it i feel like i reinjure myself. A additionally since 2017 ive been in 4 car accidents...which has caused my hips to rotate certain ribs need to be periodically adjusted (3rd and 4th usualy on my right side). I'm only mentioning this because i know everything is connected. Also im 100% flat footed. have been my whole life....sorry for the overload. I would love any advice youre willing to give or video reccomendations

    • @AltruisticWarrior
      @AltruisticWarrior 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Chiro adjustments, better shoes and pay close attention to your sitting positions, if you can put your feet up and stand up and walk around every 45 min or so, should help. I'd potentially get your heart checked too, you may have poor circulation which sitting can really exacerbate as you put pressure on certain arteries in your legs. I emphasize this even more so if you're suffering from new or worsening leg cramps. Two relatives of mine had/have heart issues and both had a range of leg symptoms from cramping to pain and one even started developing necrosis of the hips. But a chiropractor is a good place to start to make sure everything is aligned properly. I wish you luck!

    Thank you so much guys! I noticed when i wake up at night to go to the bathroom or something, its VERY tight. It seems to get worse after resting. I got some relief from wiggling my 5th metatarsal, if it was a 6, it went down to a 5, but came back shortly after. How often should i do this? And, how long before i feel permanent relief? Is there anything else i should do to get permanent relief?
    Thanks again guys! 😁🙏

      You can do these several times a day as long as it doesn't cause new or more pain.

    My left foot hurts in this area when depressing the clutch in the car. Is this the cuboid syndrome?

    Funny this was your next vid, recently when I come down the stairs first thing in the morning I get a searing pain on the outside of my right foot. No injury that I'm aware of. I'm 67, does age have anything to do with it? Not even sure it's the Cuboid but it's definitely in that spot that you pointed out.
