Would love to work here. This is pretty much the opposite of my current work environment. Organization is impossible because nobody ever puts things back. Drives me insane
I face the same working atmosphere, I wish my boss watch this video and finally want to change a little bit everyday.

Hello Poul, Hi Fastcap, I always follow your company because I knew your products through the TH-cam channel of El Garage de Martincho and La Caja de Herramientas de Walter Alvarez ........ I am also starting my own TH-cam channel ........ I really like your company's innovations in the products ..... and they listen to the modifications and ideas of the employees ....... not everywhere that happens (in companies, it does not let you do it)
What do sou do with your returns? Do they get inspected and repacked? Or sold with a discount?
The nut arbor press was my favorite! Simple and a huge time save I’m sure.
Maybe for 2019 you can improve your shipping rates to Canada. Love your products but can justify those shipping costs. If I want a fastcap product I usually need to find a 3rd party seller on Ebay with a better shipping rate. Not efficient and don't have access to all the products.

The Screw Gun Holder or Tool Holder isn't ready quite yet...soon! The special hooks holding the trash can in place is the J-Hook. Toilet seat rules? Micro managing on an epic scale.
I work in a steel mill where some animals shit all over the seats, piss all over the walls and when the bathroom gets cleaned, a cleaner hoses it with a fire hose and a spray bottle of chlorine.
I’d much prefer to follow the rules and have pleasant bathrooms like the ones in this video.

Delivery charges to Malaysia though is ASTRONOMICALLY high. Waaaaay too high compared to ebay or even Amazon. Too bad coz there are many things I’d like to get but deal totally broken at checkout.

Here is one for 2019. Reduce your shipping cost to customers, they are so far out of the market it makes it almost impossible to purchase online for average the consumer .
I'm very sorry. We have no control over shipping costs. But if you order more than $100, we cover the shipping cost in the continental US only.
J P that is not true at all if you buy $100 from us the shipping is free it is incredibly reasonable not only that every week we send out a discount coupon that you can apply towards your purchase our online sales are through the roof because we are so fair it is absolutely not the case what you're saying!
