      @@idkhahahaha Yeah I just followed this tutorial and it's still a great build for a good price. Also since this video is a year old and some of the parts are cheaper now, you could build this for a little less than $700. I was able to upgrade the ryzen 5600 cpu to a 5600x, and I paid extra for a motherboard with a built in wifi adapter and I spent roughly $733

    This is fairly close to perfect for the budget. I've been watching budget build videos from creators with way more views, and this build list was more competent than 90% of them.
    Definitely worth an extra $60 or so to bump up the wattage on the PSU and drop a 6700 non-XT 10GB in. RX 6700 @ $275 is amazing value.

    • @culo9999

      Agreed. You might be able to squeeze in a 6600/6650 XT or A750 for slightly better rasturization/AV 1 encoding respectively by--say--using the built-in fans instead of the 5 x RGB but the aesthetics are absolute peak without compromising too hard in terms of performance.

    For the "necessary drivers" can you briefly explain how I should install them? Do I put them on a USB, or do I just download them on the computer from the web? And can you also explain what I need to do when the files are installed? Like is there anything I need to do when they're done downloading or do I do nothing?

    • @JJFlores197
      @JJFlores197 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Have you ever installed any computer program before? If so, installing drivers is pretty much the same process. You download the drivers on the PC itself. if they come in a compressed format (ZIP), you open it by double clicking it and extract the contents (Drag and drop) into a new folder on your desktop. From there, run the installer and follow the instructions. Repeat for all the drivers you need to install. Once you're done installing them, you can delete the driver downloads and any folders you created to extract the files.
      Simply downloading them doesn't do anything.

      @@JJFlores197how do you know what you need to download is this a crucial part of the build ?

    • @JJFlores197
      @JJFlores197 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Alex-lo9pe If you want your computer to work well, yes you need to download the drivers. Simply put, drivers are programs that allow your OS (Windows) to talk to the hardware correctly. Think of them as translators. Windows has a wide range of generic drivers for basic functionality, but you need to install the manufacturer drivers for your hardware for everything to work correctly or even at all.
      For most builds, you need to download the chipset driver for the motherboard. Sometimes you may need the network (wifi,ethernet and/or bluetooth) drivers as well as sound. You can open Device Manager to see what drivers you're missing. They usually show up as yellow triangles with an exclamation mark. For the graphics card, you download the driver from AMD or Nvidia depending on what card it is. Windows, by default, will automatically try to download drivers for you when it detects an internet connection. Its convenient, but its not always the best as it may download old or buggy driver versions.

    Great Video! Very Detailed. Im using exactly the specs of this pc! My only concern is that the graphics cards needs 550 watts power supply minimum but you have a 500 watts power supply. I replaced that with a 550 watts one but apart from that the pc build is great! I love your videos. Keep up the great work!

    • @Roo_Tech
      @Roo_Tech  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you! I’m not sure where you’re getting that figure from - the graphics card takes up SIGNIFICANTLY less power than that, let alone the entire PC altogether. The 500W supply is more than enough. But no harm, no foul getting a higher wattage supply!
