i have a cousin who has down syndrome 5he is almost 3 years old and he is not verbal yet.. but he is soo smart and knows ASL. people with down syndrome can jist make your whole day just by smiling. 😇😇

That's an amazing and rewarding calling. I've thought so many times about getting my alternative licensure in special education. My mom taught Special Ed and found it rewarding.
Then there is occupational therapy in education or for adults, speech therapy, non-profit work or working at a special needs camp or help with special Olympics.
