- I know how much you all loved my other underground base/house videos, so I've decided to make a huge underground bunker for you all that will look amazing in your Minecraft worlds! 😄

* Please note that this seed is for Java 1.16. I made this world when 1.16 first came out and so there may be some minor differences in world generation in newer versions of Minecraft *
This bunker contains pretty much everything you'd need in survival Minecraft. It has a bedroom with a cosy fireplace and somewhere to show off your armour, a crafting and smelting room with extra room for storage, an enchanting room with a brewing station and a nether portal, a storage room with a ton of chests in there and a large farm room at the back with a mine entrance. You'll hardly ever have to leave the bunker!

Remember: the side rooms share a wall in the middle, so if you dig the whole bunker out in one go you WILL dig into the other room. This is fine!
The wall design is exactly the same on both sides so I made the two rooms share a wall to save on resources. If you build the bunker exactly how I have built it in the video (room by room) then you will see the spruce planks are already filled in on one side when I build the storage room (41:35) and the enchantment room (48:11). I tried to make this clear in the video but there has still been some confusion. Hopefully this clears things up!

I have been hesitant to give the seed and location to people because I play on Java and a lot of people play on bedrock, so the seed would be completely useless to them. Also, I often travel quite far from spawn to find a location to record and edit the area around the site (remove trees, fill in caves/holes, make it a bit flatter) so it’s easier for me to record the video. Those are the reasons I haven’t shared the seed when people have asked, because I don’t want them to be disappointed if they get to the spot and it isn’t exactly how they saw it on the video. Almost all of my builds are ones that can be built in any location in any world, so the seed shouldn’t really matter. Anyway, I hope that the seed and location helps some people who have wanted it.
if i’m doing this in survival and mine stone it comes out as cobbles stone is it okay for the design to use cobblestone??

A huge tip for people building this base!
Instead of normal stone slabs/blocks or polished andesite blocks, use smooth stone! It is much nicer to look at, it contrasts polished andesite very well and makes the room seem less dull and brightens up walls without being colourful. Hope this helps :)

And what about the Stairs? There are no Smooth Stone stairs and the andestite stairs dont match with smooth Stone slabs/blocks

@@aliayman1771 true that, but I had just begun my world. And I wanted to use resources to make a nice base at the beginning to stay organized instead. But yeah, after that i did a neither hub, along with a whole custom village around my base, insanely cool.

How did this video go from "1 hour" to more than 20 hours while I was building it? 💀
I built this on my world 2 years ago when this video came out, and wow your channel has grown a lot! Nowadays ive done more than a few remodels, including a 3x3 piston door entrance, elevators, map room, a hidden prisoner cell under the stairway, a subway station and even a skeleton dungeon spawner room that happened to spawn close enough for me to connect it seamlessly with the bunker. I was also able to extend the mine much further down when the cave and cliffs update released, and there is a very cool large cave system under it now.
Digging it out and building it with iron tools was a pain in survival mode, but super worth it!
This base has made many memories for me in all this time and I will always remember it. Congratulations on the channel growth!

Just the entrance took me 2 hours and I had it on x0.75 speed cuz I wanted to make sure I did it perfectly
I did it in 5 hours well I have diamond tools so that has a part in it

Im doing it in survival. even with netherite gear, shulker boxes for storage, and an elytra to get to spruce and dark oak biomes quickly, its taking ages. every 10 minutes in the video (about 1 full room) takes an hour more or less. Once you have the room design memorized it picks up speed after the crafting room but still. Sure is looking beautiful so far though!
It took me almost a day i timed it since you guys said this it only took a day because i had the resources already and i had the layout ready just needed the put them in

Loving your videos! Once my friend's Technic server is back up and running, I will try and use your videos for inspiration on building my own base. I'll use your ideas with my own changes. Usually, my bases are too basis. With your help though, the look of my base should be rapidly improved. No longer will my bases be a eye sore. Thank you ever so much and keep up the fantastic work! 😊
Tip: if you are on bedrock, instead of using the slabs above the chests, use dark oak stars instead. Place them looking at the bottom half of the block and do the same for the slabs above the chests connecting to the arc.
Or use dark oak trapdoors, but that's just what I did

i was building this on my hardcore world because I thought it would be amazing to have an underground base for it. It worked out amazing with my slow process of building. Got to the 50-minute mark, went out to get supplies and I ended up dying by an enderman. ITs a great build that was on an amazing seed, definitely gonna use it in a future build on a new hardcore world

For any Bedrock players who can't use the chests bc of dark oak slabs in the storage room, a good substitute is dark oak stairs, you can open the chests with stairs on top 👍

This has made my Minecraft realm so much easier by turning it into a community hall thank you so much. A suggestion for other people who are making this in survival, with the storage room instead of place dark oak slabs above the top chests change them to dark oak stairs so you are able to open them if you're on bedrock. Overall I'm really happy with this build :)

Just to update this there is a way to access the caves and cliffs update on the Xbox. All you have to do is go to the Xbox store and search for Xbox insider bundle and then download that and then once you join that it’ll have a section of betas for games and one of them will be Minecraft. Make sure to read the disclaimer before downloading the beta Minecraft from the Xbox insider hub app! Hope this helps

Honestly the best practical build for survival I’ve seen, I changed the entrance to add an iron door and filled the rest with stone bricks to make it more defensive. I’d love to see more bunker designs from you in the future!

Honestly this is a really cool base. The only thing I would switch up is the farm room. Instead I would want my farm outside. And to replace the farm room I will make it my beacon room

edit: Also for the crafting room, You can use this command for Invisible Item Frames (1.16+ - Java)
/give item_frame{EntityTag:{Invisible:1}} - If you're in survival, then yehhhhh up to you if you want to cheat this in :)
This is great you deserve more recondition also the fact that all the materials are shown to us in differant parts is great
Fun build. Took me a few days. But I tweaked it and love it. Used terracotta for the walls in between the pillars and some moss carpet and blocks in the hallways on the edges. Added some lush. Cave flowers etc and it’s beautiful.
Gonna build this when the new 1.17 comes out.

This underground Bunker is fabulous!! I play Minecraft with my two sons and four grandsons! I have been playing for a short time and I am 68 yrs old!! I saw this Bunker and loved it.....so I built it! It is Fabulous! I had built a "house" that I thought was great....it was, on the outside. But not playable on the inside. I have left that for looks only. Now that I have finished my Bunker, it is my main place in the game! I love it!! Thank you so much for your instructions....I had to repeat them alot since I am an old lady LOL., I changed the wood to my choice of color.
