My connectclip was functionning correctly until I unpaired from the phone, now I follow your instructions but still has trouble connecting to the phone. I press both big & + buttons for 6 secs/ and and more but no blue light appears. How can I troubleshoot? Thx

How do you disconnect hearing aids on a phone call so the caller can be heard through the phone rather than using the hearing aids on a iPhone. We do not have a connect clip.

When you answer the phone a screen comes up. If you press « audio » a menu appears and you can select « speaker » to hear the phone separately from the hearing aids
