1977 Musicman Stingray bass for a fraction of the cost?!? My experience with modding a Sterling Ray4

I recently modded a cheap Sterling Ray4 by replacing preamp with a 1977 Stingray preamp clone and replacing pick up. This video explains my experience. I was really happy with the result!
