😢 coming up short on stitches and pdf instructions not matching. I've never done a knit stitch and can't see where it goes. Row 3 is confusing because you can't tell which is the bar. Love the design tho.
@@debbiebell7455please follow one or the other (video or PDF) as I updated the PDF after publishing the video. Either works if you follow all the instructions. To make the knit stitch you insert the hook between the two vertical bars and draw up a loop. Also you need to pay attention to the return pass.
Hi!!! I really love your videos and patterns!!!! I was wondering if we could crochet this pattern vertically instead of horizontally!!!! Do you think the result would look nice with a gradient yarn?
Of course you can! Just start with a smaller number of repeats and don't forget about the last stitch. It would look nice in a gradient yarn, it will just go across instead of top to bottom. I'd actually use two cakes or parts from two cakes to make a mirror gradient.
@@YarnAndy I crocheted some samples in order to start this and a have a question... in your blog, row 2 has a YO before the first Tss. however, this YO is not in the video. actually, it seems that row 3 in the instructions is row 2 in the video. as I am new to tunisian crochet, am I not understanding something right ? is row 2 in the instructions a foundation row ?
@@katerinapoutiou6053 thank you for pointing this out! I think I changed the order of the rows in the written instructions, so row 2 in the video is row 3 on the blog, but I will update the pattern. I had this pattern tested and still there are inconsistencies. Sorry for the issue. I'll update the PDF and the blog, there seems to be an issue with the chart as well.
Pretty shawl😊
Thank you!
it's beautiful you love the Tunisian how I love him I congratulate you
Thank you!
I love this shawl and your tutorials! You make Tunisian crochet looks so simple. Thank you so much and best regards from Argentina
Thank you! It's just like any other skill, it becomes simple with practice. Enjoy!
I bought the same yarn some months ago, I know now what to do with it. Thank you so much for this beautifull pattern.
It's a nice yarn, just make sure you are OK with the width, it's difficult to fix after the first row.
Beautiful pattern. Thanks for sharing 💕🌷💕
Thank you 🧡
