I have a question and I'm not sure if it's something you guys do but out of curiousity I want to ask. I've been looking at properties for awhile and I found an amazing one. Unfortunately It already has a log style home on it but it's not at all my style. It's very red, green metal roof and the interior is red as well. Also the layout doesnt work. The land is what would sell me on it. Do you remodel/renovate existing homes? For me, a log home would be more rustic, darker but also cozy. I'd want to bring outside elements in as I'm an avid hiker and adventure but I'm also a homesteader and need a cellar for all my canned goods. Or would you guys start from scratch and tear down the existing home, keeping what is liked and donating what isn't used? This way the layout can be reworked? I'm genuinely curious. I love your homes and everything you have to offer from the interior to the exterior elements.
We don't remodel, we have had lots of customers in the past whom bought a home for the property and removed it to start fresh. The General contractor can often head up the removal of the existing home and then build you a brand new Golden Eagle. Congrats on getting the correct property for you, that's a big deal.
I get that, most folks like to see the price. The problem is the prices keep changing, in the description below are links to the floor plan which have prices on them. Check that out.

How does that plan work, temporary rental property work as far as building the property? Is there an amount we need to put down, turn key amount?
One usually needs 20% down, run it buy your favorite lender and see if they prefer you to refer to it as your personal home or a VRBO.
