1:30 I get what your saying, but the problem is that many cities ran with that and it resulted in tons of crimes, retail stores being forced to shut down because there weren’t enough police to enforce retail theft and district attorneys who wouldn’t prosecute theft that wasn’t over 1k. It’s sad, but this “defund the police “ has led to food deserts which only hurt the most vulnerable (elderly, people with no car, disabled, ect.” Plus a bunch of jobs ended up getting lost with these stores being forced to close, making the problems for people that much worse. 😢
