    To those who can do research and those who visited S.A please tell the truth to the African continent , S.A is bigger than Nigeria by land size and smaller by population , there is always first preference on woman than man when it comes to job opportunities but they are not bread winners , that’s wrong , yes S.A men are not not as hard working as Nigerian man . Most of the things has to do with the past under white rule , the younger generation of S.A. like partying too much and less hard work

    • @mbhekitembe2179
      @mbhekitembe2179 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nigerian women are treated like disabled beings by Nigerian men. The same Nigerian men can't resist South African women because of their resourcefulness, a trait that is inherent in South African people and rarely seen in Nigerian women by design. What Nigerians must understand is that their social misfit status in South Africa and the world is a function of the society they come from. There is nothing we can do to cure them for the cure lies with the Nigerian society as a whole.

    • @mbhekitembe2179
      @mbhekitembe2179 2 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      @@happyasouthafrican You are 100% correct, the society chooses to have women not to be economically active and we see no problem with that. The problem is with them finding something wrong with the way our society does things in our own country. Nigerians want to reconfigure our society to be like theirs for their own comfort because as a norm they are not adaptable. Many Nigerians suffer from high level intolerance of norms that are different to theirs, that's why their country if forever engaged in civil conflict. Each grouping tries to force others to live life as they do and they end up fighting because they all see themselves as supreme.
      When Nigerian men come to South Africa, they can't believe their luck when they get a South African woman. They never thought it was possible to get a beautiful woman who can think at a level that South African women do as they work for themselves as they are not socialised to depend on a man for provision. Such level of independence is a total culture shock to them and they can't reconcile with that reality.
      The irony though is that Nigerian man speak ill of South African man yet they admire South African women, they fail to understand that South African men and women alike are a function of the South African society. For that reason, I think many Nigerian men have their brains in their genitals.

South African TH-camrs never bother about Nigeria, but Nigerian TH-camrs always competing with South Africans, cultural shocks and all that stuff. Unless you Nigerian ppl don’t realise it, we South Africans don’t really care about what you think of us. We don’t need validation from any country. It’s not hate though, it’s just that we just preoccupied and too busy to entertain unnecessary competition. There is a lot of things in our country that needs our undivided attention.     Another fun fact not my opinion or emotions but facts;
    63% of persons living within Nigeria (133 million people) are multidimensionally poor.The National MPI is 0.257, indicating that poor people in Nigeria experience just over one-quarter of all possible deprivations.
    65% of the poor (86 million people) live in the North, while 35% (nearly 47 million) live in the South.
    Poverty levels across States vary significantly, with the incidence of multidimensional poverty ranging from a low of 27% in Ondo to a high of 91% in Sokoto.
    Over half of the population of Nigeria are multidimensionally poor and cook with dung, wood or charcoal, rather than cleaner energy.
    High deprivations are also apparent nationally in sanitation, time to healthcare, food insecurity, and housing.
    In general, the incidence of monetary poverty is lower than the incidence of multidimensional poverty across most states. In Nigeria, 40.1% of people are poor according to the 2018/19 national monetary poverty line, and 63% are multidimensionally poor according to the National MPI 2022.
    Multidimensional poverty is higher in rural areas, where 72% of people are poor, compared to 42% of people in urban areas.

    In many African countries woman are still restricted there are certain things they not are allowed to do or positions they can't occupy. In most cases woman are supposed to be housewives and only men are allowed to work. It's only South Africa woman are more free. In South Africa no gender is more superior than another that's why we talk about equality. South African women have penatrated and are leading industries that woman are not allowed in most African countries. I worked with Nigerian Dr and Proffersors who struggled to come into terms with the fact that their line manager was female or they were reporting to female. Or they would be in the same positions as females or even there are more females in higher positions than them. Nigerian men don't like to be told by women and they still regard position as reserved for only men. Well in South Africa there's equality. Beside what's between our leg is fully capable human being. Who is capable of fully participating in the economy and make an impact.

    This woman conducting the interviews lacks the basic skills of content creation.
    To certain people she held the microphone closer to their mouths and to others she forgot to do that and one could not hear a thing they say. She asked about South Africans to people who have never been to South Africa and to me that's kinder lazy cause all you'll hear are assumptions and hearsay.
    I know there exists on the average Nigerian an assumed rivalry between South Africans and Nigerians which is fueled by the not so good behaviour of certain group of Nigerians that reside in South Africa.
    Most Nigerians that are in South Africa know for a fact that South Africa is a country of many races. Most people in Nigeria will agree that South Africa is much more well developed than Nigeria. I don't know this for a fact cause I have never been to Nigeria so I will take their word for it. If South Africans in general are lazy; how did become such a well developed country?
    Now let's assume that the young lady was asking about Black South Africans... do you know that this countrys development is built by black labour long before South Africa was popular to ordinary Nigerians?
    Did you know that the only people Nigeria that frequented South Africa were mostly educated and well to do academics and their opinion of South Africans is way deferent from those that came after 1994 to seek opportunities?
    Nigerians content creators love to talk about South Africa because they know South Africans will view their content. It's pathetic really when people makes content about a country but don't do proper research to be able to educate people about her subject of choice. Even worse, posting a video without fact checking it and also not seeing whether the content is properly conducted but just go online and post it.
