Had the same experience between my at the time expert electronics SunSDR2DX and the Now full time Hermes Lite 2 Plus. Among other things the HL2 outperformed it and at more than a quarter of the cost, the HL2 is an Exceptional value and high-performance SDR. I do use Thetis and not SDR Console, but that's a nice as the HL2 supports many different SDR applications and operating systems as well! Cheers

Hey n8sdr473 I agree, I haven’t tried the SunSDR yet, I was tempted to get one to compare but looks like there is too many bugs on the software (?) not sure. Anyway I’m happy with the HL2, currently trying to get full remote control of the HL2 + Juma 100D setup to then send both as remote station. 73

Hi Mike, I like both radios, the 6400 is a ready to use and friendly package for the first time SDR user including the remote access capabilities, at a higher than a regular HF rig tag price. While the Hermes Lite 2 is a qrp SDR with great performance at a very affordable price. I just added a Juma 100D to the HL2 to be able to run 100w in all bands, still less than half of Flexradio cost.

Is the Flex the one with more delay?
