Heart attack is one of if not the most incredible rap songs ever. Dave at the peak of his powers.
Psychodrama is one of the best albums to come out of the UK in a while. Environment is a banger too. Dave is just pure talent.

Dave's 'In The Fire,' 'Heart Attack,' and 'Three Rivers' are my personal favorites even though I love all of his songs. But you need to listen to Ghetts if you appreciate Dave, he's one of the greatest to hit the scene.
Ghetts' 'Crud,' Mad About Bars, FITB pt. 2 & 3, and 'Fine Wine' are some of my favorites even though that doesn't do him enough justice.
Once you're introduced to Ghetts, there's no going back.

For real, KSO you my favorite reactor on here. The passion and the intelligence for hip hop are simply amazing. Love that you're getting into Dave's catalog, forget UK rapper, he's my favorite rapper period. Would love to see a reaction to "Leslie", one of the best storytelling songs I've ever heard. Literally feel like I'm watching the scene from a movie every time I listen to it he paints such a vivid picture. And the message in the song is so important as well

Did you not realize how his cadence switched from mellow into hyped (happy) then mellow again was referring to his therapy session at the beginning of the song (happy one minute then sad again)
Dave is also the best story teller out there at the moment, tracks like Lesley and Question Time really put you in his mind, he paints a picture with words like noone else can, and yeah as other comments are saying i think that Heart attack is song of the year. Another aspect of his music is his story telling songs like Lesley or how i met my ex... they arn't massively bar heavy but lesley is up there with eminem stan for story telling and brendas got a baby for importance
