My daughter showed me this song she’s 15 and I was with my son’s dad for 7 years and this song reminds her of my life. I finally got out but for years I couldn’t tell or see it I thought it was all my fault. I left when our son was 6 weeks didn’t know how much my daughter heard or seen I thought I protected her but I failed her. But we talk about it so I can warn her about the first signs now I know

I’m still mad that I missed out on psychodrama Album on Vinyl. I bought the cd because I can’t use my turntables right now and I planned on buying Vinyl at a later date. I go to buy it, recently and sold out everywhere. It was going for £100 cheapest on eBay and while I think it’s kinda worth it, because it’s a great album, I felt it a bit of a rip off. eBay seller was selling psychodrama Vinyl, and his new album on vinyl and cd for £150. I offered £120 they accepted but messaged me saying that they are still waiting on psychodrama vinyl since July. So I didn’t buy it . Now psychodrama is going for about £200 and I deff ain’t paying that much. I have a friend in music industry who is going to try and sort me out but I doubt it. Going to just wait and see if there’s a re press.

I’m pretty sure ‘Lesley’ is based on his mam, I could be wrong but sure it is, he references similar things in other tracks, like at the end of heart attack when he says his mam “fell” down the stairs, and in drama he literally says Lesley was based on a relative
I was chuckling, listening to you talking about the story getting it completely wrong because you hadn't heard the 2nd half 😂😂. But you're right overall, Dave is just a different type of artist. He's definitely street, but he's so awake to the world. He's one of the very rare people that can see the world through the eyes of others. Most rappers can't see beyond themselves.
