The TH-cam algorithm is doing you a massive disservice - I came across your channel yesterday and have been flicking through some of your videos. Absolutely no idea how you have less than 500 subs with such cool adventures and videos. A mix of rob Johnson + mediocre amateur vibes. Keep it up, top job 👍

Thanks SO much. Glad you've found some of interest. To be honest, although I do it for the love, I've no idea why I don't get the views/subs. But thanks and be safe out there. Always happy for chat/ comments.

@@MountainManJohnFilms the only input I can have regarding that is possibly video titles? If you take a peak at mediocre amateur, they often have what I'd call "buzzwords" in their titles after the // - stuff that might make you stumble on them if you're searching for "mountain traverse", for example. Rob Johnson is just Rob, and I think his video popularity lends itself as well to him being a guide.
I was originally meant to be scrambling in ogwen valley tomorrow, but it's forecast storms so I'm taking my partner either up Helvellyn or scafell tomorrow instead!

@@AlexTunstall thanks Alex. Yeh I've watched a lot of Mediocre Amateurs. I love Thier stuff. Kinda shocked I'm compared in any way 😂🤣👌....... Enjoy your trip whatever you do. My next one is week after next, hopefully a wild camp. Need to find something special 😎

@@MountainManJohnFilms moel siabod is quite nicely secluded on the side of the ddaear ddu ridge, by the lake. That might be a good one. Plenty of ledges along the scramble too if you wanted somewhere even higher. Though I gather you're more local to the lakes?

@@AlexTunstall no, I'm from East Grinstead down south. I kinda love the lakes 😂🤭. Yup. I've a few Lakes ideas, but Welsh wild camp will be coming soonI reckon
