      Agreed... carbohydrates are one of the most important nutrients... they are the main source of energy for the brain. And this dude says it's the fats.

      carbs shouldnt be an enemy BUT too many carbs can really fuck you up
      Im the same way, if i eat a high carb meal as my first meal i'll feel so hazy and lethargic
      compared to fat and protein
      Plus, if i keep my carbs low or until later in the day my body is utilizing fats for energy
      or even fat on my body, which is why im pretty damn lean all over but have so much energy
      Highly recommend LMNT for everyone at least once a day.

      @@jgoldian47 too much of anything will mess you up like common knowledge. No difference in fat loss between low carb vs high carb diet. As long as calories are equal along with protein being at the recommended daily requirement. Basic knowledge all this” I do” is anecdotal and not valid evidence. Literature is carbs are valid nutrition source so nothing false about that. Only one spreading misinformation is you.

    Veggies are super underrated in bodybuilding. Micros are so very important for good skin, vascularity, mental accuteness, digestion, etc.
    It's like the icing on the cake.

      @@Shauntomac There is always glucose output from the liver, even in ketosis, to provide substrate for the brain, CNS, and red blood cells. This glucose is made from non-carbohydrate sources like alanine, glycerol, pyruvate, and lactate, all of which are still produced/available when in ketosis.

      Nuts are trash, high oxalate which create kidney stones, phytic acid and shitty fat profile. Whey powder is also trash for the gut. Would be much better to eat raw eggs with white rice and fruit

      @@gakiddo plant toxins aren't worth it man. Can get healthier fats from animal sources, olives, avocados without the plant toxins from seeds. Cooking denatures protein and destroys nutrients and makes the egg a harder to digest. Raw is best but make sure the source is good

    You don't just develope food sensitivities unless you have gut permeability. Keep your microflora in check and you'll be fine to eat the same foods on a daily basis. Less paradox of choice that way too.

    This idea that if you eat some foods over and over for long time you will develop "food sensitivity". Really? So how is possible that before globalization people were eating only local foods and most of the time they were eating no more than 10 foods their whole life? Some populations of people were or still are eating maybe only 3 things over and over and over their whole life.. Now some expert things that you have to have each meal different lol..

    Don is the real deal! Been with this man for almost 2 years.. every-time I do something else I always find myself going back to him! He’s the best coach anyone can ask for… he listens and answers all the questions. Rather than focusing on one area of life he focuses on everything. Energy, mobility, conditioning, strength, power, hypertrophy! Trust the process and as like don likes to say “consistency trumps all”
