Picture it, he and Liara are now seniors, badasses from another era, cracking jokes that only they would understand, among other things.. Wrex would likely still be alive. Krogan have no confirmed expiration date. The oldest on in game was Okeer and he was between 1500 through 1700 and he wasnt a krogan battlemaster and krogan battlemasters are said to age slower and Wrex is one of those and is only 1100ish. ESPECIALLY the Battlemasters are said to age slower thing. Its just a rank, not defined by genetics. How come they age slower?

You should bring Garrus to Dantius Tower. He has a unique dialogue when you meet the second pair of Salarians commending the "Assassin" for a clean headshot with no collateral damage. He also comments about the merc, and other stuff. Edit: Eclipse have a trial where they have to kill to earn the uniform. So, always kill that Eclipse sister :)
It's worth pointing out that somebody mentions that the Volus was killed by a shotgun and Elnora was using a Tempest, although she does cock it like a shotgun after she takes a shot at Shepard.

Miranda also has a unique line when you find what Clan Weyrloc was doing to try to cure the Genophage. Shepard: "This makes Cerberus sound like a good idea." Miranda: "I'll make sure to include that in my report."
Personally, I think Jack has the better line when the Biotic God starts towards Wasea's office: "Fifteen creds says he doesn't get five steps in before the merc explodes him."
Bringing Tali and Kasumi to the Samara mission also brings a few great lines. Like when Shep mentions that it's foolish to obey an order that puts you in deadly danger. Tali: We should remember that. Kasumi: That only happens twice a day.
It's a shame that other than on the elevators in ME1 companions don't have conversations while you're exploring. It is something they always did with Dragon Age and it adds some funny team building moments. I always wanted to hear Miranda and Jack picking in the background, or Garrus and Tali flirting 😄
id like more videos like this about unique dialogue between squad mates on hub world. theres so many. there are talk boxes for almost every squadmate on each world so everyone has something to say but sometimes if you have the right squad mates one will say their line and the other will chime in with some extra dialogue which I love. I've only gotten a few but I know there has to be more.
It's so tough to choose a squad in ME2. In ME1 I just took Wrex and Garrus along most of the time. In ME2 though? Grunt, Garrus, Tali, Jack and Legion? How am I supposed to choose just two?!
When I brought Grunt and Garrus, it was Grunt who commented on the wounded salarian. If you take the paragon cue and heal the guy, Grunt says "This guy? Really?"
I never noticed before, but Niftu Cal appears to have a lightsaber attached to the waist of his belt. It looks conspicuously a lot like a lightsaber, at least.
I heard Grunt's comments on Illium the last playthrough I did. It was really interesting. Shows that Grunt actually has a philosophy. Also, I swear the cover commands in the original ME2 weren't nearly as bad as "just stand there doing nothing". And Grunt being worthless. This time at getting into cover. Good old Grunt.
Back at the scene dealing with the Eclipse merc at the window if you let the renegade impulse pass the renegade dialog option can yield some nice banter too.

During Samara's recruit mission I never could figure out why they have that stay or leave option it's not like there is anything in that room or the next worth getting.

Jack is pretty interesting. It's a shame her biotics are almost useless on higher difficulties. I don't take her with me much so I don't hear this dialogue
I always prefer to take Garrus here. Especially on the Thane recruitment. He seems to have a little fanboy crush on Thane. His reaction to the injured Salarian also has two variations depending on if you do the paragon prompt or not. I'll have to try Grunt out, but I won't take Jack. Not only is she not only is she a terrible squadmate, but she is also a terrible person.

I played the Samara mission yesterday with Jack/Zaeed instead of Jack/Grunt and I got almost all of this dialogue from Jack.
I love the renegade option for the biotic god, Shepard's delivery without any enthusiasm kill me everytime
But what do they say during "Shep loves bringing us on impossible missions" bit???
