i am fighting a injector pump issue on a v2403 kabota and it sprays out fuel from the injector but wont start if its to cold , or wont restart once it gets warm, thinking it is just the plungers getting weak.
You don’t need hard lines fitted to the injector pump for bleeding it and for doing this test, it will just squirt out once the air has bled from the pump and will be easier to see, it’s also quicker than this set up. Once you fit the hard lines you then bleed at the injectors.
Hello... Top vidéo....my kubota kx36 not start....WE have look the start solénoïd and i work good.... but no good pression in injector...??? Thanks of France ...
Not sure how I can help you. If you have fuel to the injector pump and no fuel coming out to the injectors then the problem is obviously the injector pump.
That's not testing anything other than there's "some" fuel coming out of the pump, could be 122 bar or it could be 110 bar. and without an injector pop tester you have no idea at what pressure that injector pops at!
That is true. However, if the spray was weak I'd know I had problem. As it is, its pretty strong so I guessed the pump wasn't the problem, and it wasn't.

I was testing to see if the individual pumps were generating enough pressure to operate the injectors.

Preciso de uma ajuda com um motor kubota 3600T
Where did you find your lift pump ?
Available on ebay.
So what was the problem with the motor?
If i remember correctly it wasn't starting.
@@CalTreeEquip Thanks Matt! Do recall what prevented the start? It looks like you had a new set of injectors and the pump was working good.

Just watch it again. Ya the injector popping off tells me there is adequate pressure generated.
