It's so funny when Heart is pretending to be asleep and LiMing catches him. Their chemistry is MAGNIFICENT!!!
The difference between Wen and Alan's morning scene as a couple that has already ended and is only pretending to be together in front of others, and Heart and Li Ming's joyful exploration of their friendship-on-the-verge-of-becoming-something-else is so beautiful and poignant. Wen is ready to move on, but Alan isn't and it's soured whatever friendship that was left between them once the breakup became a fact. Heart on the other hand is ready to begin something new with Li Ming, but isn't quite sure of how to make it happen just yet.

I love the way both Tinn and Heart know how to make Gun and LiMing happy whenever they feel sad and disappointed. Even in real life, Gemini himself is the same with his characters in the series. Whenever Fourth is not satisfied with himself or feels unhappy about something he is always ready to encourage him, stays by his side and also never forgets to tell him that how good he is.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE BY FOURTH AND EARTH 👏🏻 i loved the scene where they fought, like it is seriously a real life depiction of many fights that happen in real life within many families… I truly am very impressed by Fourth’s acting here, really touched my heart and soul 😭❤

Dear P'Aof, you've done it again. You've made another masterpiece. The cinematography makes me wanna bawl my eyes out, and I do. The music, the lighting, the colors, and the camera angle. Just how each scene and scenario feels so alive, so full, brimming with the emotion it intends to convey. From how free the opening scene felt, the tension of Li Ming and Uncle Jim's confrontation, how contrasting and irky Wen and Alan's scene of waking up in the same bed felt. It's just- ugh perfection. I'm crying again out of appreciation. This is art.

What a powerful scene between Earth and Fourth, my heart was literally shattering into pieces for both of them, Earth outdid himself, he just proved to the whole world, how good actor he is… fourth was exceptional… when Jim was holding his tears i knew he will sign those papers for his son, because Li ming is not just his nephew, he’s his son. he’s letting his son go and growth😭😭

I love how they showed Heart waking up to Li Ming and being happy and just there staring at him 1:37, but then getting shy 1:57 because Li Ming was waking up, and Li Ming just stared at him 2:02 and even saw he was faking being asleep 2:15, love how they showed two people being comfortable with one another and how Heart can’t get to hear Li Ming, but he gets to feel him 3:19, which was such a heartwarming scene. There was understanding between them and it was more deafening because Heart was feeling it 3:50 3:55 and how they were being connected, this was beautiful and I teared up while watching them. But then they showed another reality, where we saw Wen waking up to someone he doesn’t love anymore 5:59 and you could feel how uncomfortable he was and he might look like he despises Alan 6:30, but I guess he is frustrated with his situation and where he is at the moment and I don’t get it why they are not together anymore 8:22, but still live together and even sleep on the same bed, that’s awkward and somehow that doesn’t end things between them 😞
I really cried with Jim and Li Ming and how Li Ming told him that he never asked him if he wanted to be born 13:07 and I know Li Ming is feeling frustrated and doesn’t like the life he has now, but Jim is really trying and Jim has been taking care of him, and no, he doesn’t owe Jim the money he has spent on him, but he owes him respect 13:55, and he needs to realize his uncle needs support, he needs to think of his uncle as well and Jim needs to really stop forcing his dreams down Li Ming’s throat, just like Li Ming told him 14:17. Jim is living his life in a way he can pay the bills and take care of the people around, but he’s not really living for himself, that’s why meeting Wen was something he needed and with him he gets to feel his heart and not the situations and how complicated is living most of the times and I think he’s afraid to explore that 😢

I really feel bad for LiMing, admit it or not we all have been at LiMing's position once in life and probably that's the reason I find his character very realistic. It's not only about poverty, everything he's going through we all went through it, tbh I feel it's my life that's been portrayed here when I was a high school student

I think it's an interesting twist that Wen and Alan are broken up already, yet are still living together and everything. It feels like Alan is still attached to the relatioship whereas Wen moved on... Also Li Ming and Heart being the absolute cutest once again, I love them. And that scene between Jim and Li Ming was really well executed in my opinion. It shows that their differences in views on life aren't really that different, they just need to express their own thoughts and feelings better to each other. It's frustrating that if they communicated better they could actually reach common ground and would finally see eye to eye on things. Hope to see their relationship develop into something more mutually appreciative!

I'm blown away by Forth. He's so young and already such an amazing actor. That scene between him and Earth almost made me cry. Heart and Li Ming are just adorable. I'm glad Wen didn't cheat on Alan but it seems like Alan is hoping for them to get back together at some point.

This whole scene had my heart racing so fast, not only that but all the emotions that Li Ming & Jim were feeling and expressing I felt too...all the familiar emotions came flooding in. I'm sure if not all, majority of teenagers at this age have felt this way w/ their parents and/or caregivers...when you see evry1 around you knowing what career paths they want 2 take, the things they want 2 do once they graduate...having your parents ask you the same question nearly evryday "Have you thought of what you want to do once you graduate?" "Do you know which university/college you want to go to?" "What do you want to do once you leave school?" Questions which have already alot of weight behind them, then alongside the weight you put on yourself for feeling like you need to decide right now what you want to do, the weight you put on yourself of not really knowing what you want to do, the weight of seeing evry1 else moving on while you're still stuck here not know what to do, the weight of having your own dream, your own career of what you want to do...all teenagers already have SOOOOOOOOOOOO much weight & pressure that they put on themselves that added with the pressures, the dreams, the expectations from those who care for us/them whether it be our parents, caregivers, relatives...it all gets too much, it becomes over-whelming
As a young adult myself, having finished college already (high school for some of those) I genuinely don't know what I want to do. All of my friends have already started university and studying for the course of which they decide to go, but I'm still one of very few who still hasn't done anything for my career or shall we say 'future'... As the youngest of three, the baby daughter, both my parents want the best for me and I understand that but having them both want me to go to University and study is something which I KNOW for sure is not what I want to do. It's hard sometimes when I know how much they care for me and how much they've done to help me with my career/future, it also feels like even if it's something which I TRULY do NOT want to do I feel obligated to do it becuz it feels like I owe it to my parents, it something which I should do becuz of the things that they've done for me.
But yeah, sorry for rambling on...I just hope that those who do read this whole SPEWL that they know that if they're also not sure of what to do, that it's okay to not know and that it will get better. I love you all so much and let's just enjoy our boys in our love series of MLC😊🥰❤

Heart and Li Ming stole my heart with their cuteness. Whenever their scenes come, my heart melts. Their moments are so pure. And in this series Fourth's acting is just incredible. I started this series for Earthmix but fell for Geminifourth once again.....😍😍😍 But still Earthmix is my bias😺😺

I was mostly appreciating Fourth as Li Ming and how he has portrayed so well the raw emotions of his character, especially when he’s in scenes with Earth, but love Gemini in this role. There’s some subtlety in the way he carries this role of Heart. He delivers his character so well, giving us a character we want to protect 2:25, a character we want to see happy 2:52. The way he delivers his “silent” lines 3:08, the way his eyes speaks to us 3:30. What a gem of an actor, and this might be the first time where I see two actors really complimenting each other so well with their different characters, sometimes you find how characters match, but there’s always something missing, but it’s not like that with them. What a challenging performance from both. We can have them playing these characters always and we wouldn’t get bored of them 💕 Choosing them to play Heart and Li Ming has been the best decision ^^
Li Ming is definitely a contrast from Gun in My School President. Fourth is really a good actor.

Gemini & Fourth complement eachother so well in any series and Heart & Li Ming showcases top tier chemistry once again. I can't even pinpoint one exact thing that makes their scenes so special because its everything down to body language, speaking with eyes, and simply how genuinely they portray the characters that it feels real and precious no matter what they're doing.

Ok, where to start, so many things happened. First of all I really love the small pride flag on Wen's desk! Then of course Heart and Li Ming continue to be super cute, I really liked that there were no startles when they woke up next to each other. They just felt super comfortable. And then the conversation between Jim and Li Ming, damn, that was really something. Earth and Fourth did so great, I couldn't peal my eyes off the screen.
