Not to diminish others , world wide, that do similar work but they very rarely end up with extremely well engineered and executed, truly useable, outstanding masterpieces like yours. Around 11:00 you can see where Tom previously hit his hand. I'm sure he said: "Gosh, that was silly of me, that really hurt quite a bit", or words to that effect 🤣 He really does do some amazing work; very talented young lad, and a great asset to the team, as are so many of the other blokes.

Two questions, - when you turn up at the MOT centre with a “Morris Minor” looking like this, what kind of response do you get? - for the clamps used by Tom, is it feasible to invert them so that the excess bar is below the table, clearing a potential impact with the hammer? Works for me but probably not in your situation as you would have done it that way from the start …
The thing I like the most is that these guys are not just making unique car projects, they are the traditional UK 🇬🇧 OLD SCHOOL ENGINEERS . I remember my granddad (self taught engineer) when he owned a sawmill invented the machine that grabbed the tree, chopped it , stripped the bark of it all in one procedure. He only invented it to make his job easier. I think he sold the patent for peanuts.Get the same vibe of these guys. Brilliant talent this country produces

Love what you have done to the inglorious Minor. 40+ years ago in New Zealand a guy built a hotrod Minor with lotus Cortina motor and full customising of interior and exterior NZ Hotrod magazine did a few articles on it, He finished up (excuse the sic pun) travelling to USA with it touring the shows and one night forgot what side of the road he should have been on and goodbye him & car.
Do you supply a full parts list with each car ( for ease of service) as virtually all cars have parts from multiple different cars, probably an obvious question but would be nice to know if you supply a fancy book or something with each car
Re the Allegro shell not being particularly strong, I remember reading that the doors had to be kept shut if you were jacking them up, otherwise the shell would flex enough to pop the windscreen out. An ideal candidate for a nice stiff cage, I guess.

I can' t have been paying attention, what's happening to the shortened body from the Integra? Thought it was just the mechanical bits moving to the Allegro but is it also the body?
The floor of the integra including mounting points for suspension etc will be grafted into the body of the allegro, so it'll be a honda floor and running gear with the allegro body on top. Honda integra (shortened to fit) underneath an allegro body.
Getting to see a floor plan swap happen in detail has pretty much made me forget about the horror I felt last week when saw that you were going to cut up an Integra.

I am amazed by what your scan tool can do, and what it enables you to do using the 3D renderings it generates. My guess is that the computing power it uses is somewhat greater than a Sinclair ZX81 - remember them?
What meticulous craftrmen. That you take the care to skillfully spray on molten zinc as a matter of course is simply astonishing. How thick is the zinc coating after spraying and sanding?

When the All Aggro was launched I set up the showroom electrics at St Martins in the field (near Trafalgar Square)for a Advertising company that we had secured a contract with and at the time we all looked at it and said it's a piece of Sh1t. You have your work cut out to make it acceptable.

"there's been a recirculating bug going around" yeah in almost every video over the last few months either Nat or Cal mentions that they've been a bit crook but they still keep coming in to work anyway. Which is the single dumbest thing you can do. If you're sick, STAY HOME, or you'll pass it on. The thing with the flu or rhinovirus or gastro is that you can have it and be contagious for up to a few days before the symptoms kick in, and the same after you feel you're getting better. All it takes is one bloke to get it from one of his kids, have a couple of days off, start feeling better so he comes back to work, then he passes it on to someone else and it starts off a chain of the same thing happening over and over for months until finally the company is losing enough money and projects are getting far enough behind from all the lost time that the boss FINALLY smartens up and says "I don't give a fuck if you're feeling better - you stay home until next week anyway". The culture has to start from the top and work its way down, not the other way around.

Quick question, have you seen Matt Green’s TH-cam channel where he grafts an Austin Metro onto a Subaru Impreza to make a 6R4(ish). 4:06 Not your level of provision but given he’s on his own in a small borrowed farm shed it’s a great effort! To be fair to him it went a lot better than I thought.
With the problem of the blasting visors being abraided, would it be possible to adapt the tear-offs used on race helmet's visors so when they're too badly damaged to see through, one could simply tear off the film and see through the next? I don't know how the material costs would compare, but there would also be a lot less down time from swapping out the damaged stock visors.
On the morris, is there going g to be a trim around the spotlights? The outer side looks a bit empty. Might have missed it on a previous episode. Looks great though

@@russcooke5671 Not my first car that I crashed, chevette 2dr saloon brakes failed on me, I did a full on Dukes Of Hazzard over a traffic island hit a lorry, 2 cars and a transit van , literally every panel was like a crinkle cut chip , first impact pushed the steering rack and wheel up to the roof and trapped me , by the time I got out the only straight thing on it was the front drivers wheel and that was supposed to be round lmao
With 13" "bicycle" tyres though 😂 Times change... wide rubber and comfort is higher priority these days. Also, if you can, why wouldn't you so I for one can set my macho ego aside and accept it'll make the car better to drive

I’ve always meant to ask re the zinc metal spray about how it stands up under bodywork as I see a lot of bare metal when the guys are sanding. Does it get sanded off and therefore what protects the body thereafter…
It's only used on the underside and we don't tend to sand through it although the sacrificial nature of the protection means it protects nearby bare steel anyway... ie if you scrape the underside through to the bare steel it still doesn't rust
firstly i also prefer the metal first, fitting up second. . . . . secondly a question. Is the PDM route likely to always be the better way forward for the electronic side of your builds ? or is there a balance point where neatness plays a part as much as functionality ??
How do you fair with projects like Churchill and the MK1 escorts in terms of MOT/IVA when there are substantial body and suspension mods? Are you not short of points to retain original car identities?

There's an air intake duct outboard of the spot light for brake cooling. It's sculpted to that crescent shape

Even a little snippet of information on a homemade sandblasting accessory can be interesting. I'm not sure if I need to start worrying about myself.
