Thanks for this great share. I'm going through the exact same issue. I have some hot racing adaptors that were on my Granite but they wont work as the pins are much larger on my Granite. The ones your showing are really nice. I hope they still sell them. Vitivon makes some but they are almost $50 and that's too much for adaptors. The washer worked out good for spacing them out. I was able to pick up some thicker hexes for my Lasernut. I think they were Tamiya hexes that the local hobby store lined me up with.
Dammit... I legit have these in my Amazon checkout and I've been staring at them for days... Guess i has to gets dem now... Also great video! Love seeing you work on the cars. Also also.... Not a single "always lube the shaft first" jokes? You make kittens cry sir!
This dude has the baddest lasernut/tenacity on youtube have the exact same power setup in my sct but not nearly as much aluminum and after market parts props man.👌
@@jonnygear9169 brah, my HOSS been in pieces for a year now. the monkey-ass metal spur gear is the same metal used in the new SLEDGE. As for driveshafts on the HOSS, i have not found a set or brand yet, that have held together on the HOSS. i've been through several including the Traxxas brand heavy duty POS shafts.
If you have a Rustler, Bandit or Slash that come with 12mm Hex and you modify it work with 6s or 8s power you most likely would need this and to go with 17mm tires because that power would just keep rounding out your 12mm Hexes.
Bro I went through the same Fucken shit till I came across your vid after looking at others! I passed up on those in my eBay searches cause I thought they weren’t the ones I needed. 🤦🏻♂️ Ordered them now for my Senton. 🤟🏼
@@user-ej2jh2ne9y haven't tried them but I'm sure they will but the wear and tear for balance is what I care about might destroy the hex pin mounts.in theory
oh my gosh. how are you gonna leave me hangin' with no tire mount... that's f***d up man.. just.. i can't even.
