I’m new to your channel…just found it after having to part with my parrot and my heart hurts so, for missing him. But after looking for a movie to watch, your channel came up. I live in the cities of SoCalif. Grew up climbing down the cliff to the tide pools, or rafting/body surfing at the beach. We never thought of high waves as dangerous, nor swimming out way past our heads. But the oceans and rock/tide pools have become fierce. There are no more decent, sized, whole shells anymore. They’ve all been scooped. People were even breaking and stealing away our tide pool rocks.
So when I began watching, it was like seeing “my” home as it used to be. How I wanted to jump into the water; sift through the tiny shells on the sand and to walk among the tide pools.
Your videos helped me to forget for awhile, my sorrow. I think my handicapped cockatiel misses him.
Thank you for the snapshots, of a place long gone, except in my heart and mind.

Hi, great video! I just love shelling! In todays' video, I did see a really nice auger shell, and a few calico clams that were very pretty. I also saw a kitten's paw, a nutmeg, an olive, and a few others that you don't collect. I guess I will have to go and get those myself! Haha! Thank you for the fun content.

My favorite finds were the giant Pheasant piece and the tiny Sea Bush with the Red Coral attached to it. You made a fantastic find with the huge DNA Coral! Had a fabulous time coming along shelling with you and Imogen, thank you so much and Happy New Year!

I've never thought of Australia having weather like that! What was that turtle looking for? I love those pheasant shells!

I saw something pretty big looked like maybe a sundial shell? You were picking up dna coral that was right next to it. Assuming you saw it but is common for you?? Love seeing the sea turtles

I enjoy your videos, I'm just a little puzzled why you never pick up the cones from the shell piles?
