    Overcoming the weightlifting plateau by incorporating an extra set of 5-8 reps in every exercise.

    Using the Pomodoro method to increase daily reading quantity and maintain consistency.
    📖 Habit 6 - 100,000 Monthly Readers:
    Writing a full-length blog daily to attract and engage readers, emphasizing quality content.

    Following a meticulously planned training schedule for incremental improvements leading up to the marathon.
