@@tenfitmentennisimpulse Ok, I tried yesterday during my last match. The wip movement is magical! I jumped on the ball and I shot some monster serves to the center of the court that left the opponent frozen. Unfortunately I do not own your fitness (your body tension during the execution is spectacular) and after about ten serves my back was sore and my left leg was begging for mercy. Anyway now I can tell it without any doubt: excellent tutorial.

I used to serve the the same way, but you will never generate great power. Your front foot must turn back as you begin to coil.so even lousy serves will go in around 120. Study the top servers. Even Andre Agassi turned his front foot backwards on the coil. Your technique is old but not wrong.

Sorry but your net play is wrong. Your racket will always be late. I can tell you this. Turn your shoulders but don’t bring your racket back. You were 50% correct.

Many good points , Milan. However, all your visuals demonstrate rather "pushy" piston-like motions using stiff wrist.
This is common problem with former pro-players : "What they think they do is NOT what they REALLY do".
One Golden Common denominator for all pro-shots is very flexible wrist to make whipping motion.
Relaxed wrist produces whips which produces raquet speed and power.
Pushy motions give the opposite plus injuries.
Bottom line. While all your instructions have good merits, your stiff visuals disservice rooky players this tips are for.
I would not worry about advanced players - by tons of repetion they already tasted and absorbed "relaxed wrist" concept.
