Yeah they live in a weird place haha you could tell they weren't huge fans but I think there's more off camera we didn't see. He's either flipping it and they know that or they are aware of the plans because it's on a lake in a small neighborhood. So funny to be able to get away with that and make money off it for real😂
Most lakeside properties have an HOA so it's likely that driving the truck through the house was cleared. Probably started early that day, finished demolishing with real equipment by dinner and then there's going to be a nice new house that will make all of their property values go up. So they'll deal with the noise for a month or two. Hopefully not more than that

@i 20 minutes of chaos before the house gets torn down isn't much to put up with. Ken is a smart dude, I'm sure he's talked to the neighbors and explained everything. Either way, it's good to see Ken having more fun than usual the last little while.
