This is why I love your videos, Scykoh- when you do a Nuzlocke challenge you don't take it too seriously and generally just have fun. However, when you do in-depth play-throughs like this, you really take the time to do the research and show that you really do know your stuff when it comes to games you like, while still being really entertaining at the same time.

Scykoh make sure you grab the TM for Return in Goldenrod City, it does insane damage against almost anything if you teach it to Pooh (once it's happiness is higher & STAB) but the TM is only available on Sunday in the Department store on floor 5 & your Pokémon in the front of your party has to have high happiness in order to receive the TM, but it is absolutely worth it!

It's Gen 1 where you can only thaw out from being frozen by being hit by a Fire Type attack or using an Ice Heal. Gen 2 fixed it so you can thaw out from a random amount of turns.
You can get a Metal Coat earlier if you're luck to catch a Magnemite with one equiped.
You should save Berries for the Miltank

I pronounce Rattata the same way as I feel it rolls off the tongue better and always get corrected by the friend I say it to. Not just once either. It's continuous every few seconds as if I didn't hear it the first time. Even after saying I understood, it won't quit. Gets really annoying. Have to be careful sometimes.

IV and EV determine stats and stat growth. IV is inhereted value; this determines the base stat growth. EV is effort value; depending on what Pokémon was defeated it provides a stat an EV point. 4EVs at level 100 equate to 1 extra point in that stat. Maximum total EVs is 255. bulbapedia that shit :)

There are a lot of things I don't particularly care about in Heart Gold and Soul Silver
1st off them making the Sprout Tower a Mandatory location and how you need to go there before you can go to the Gym.
In the Gameboy games, Sprout Tower is 100% optional you only go there to get Flash which is only required for 2 points EVER in the whole game.
Another reason you go there is because the trainer that is blocking the path will give you The Miracle Seed and since Scykoh picked Chikarita he'll wanna grab that real quick.
