It’s two different stories of learning Rock Band games and real music. Playing real music first can make Rock Band harder to play at first. Playing Rock Band games first can make learning real instruments harder at first. They’re both hard to learn at first until you get the hang of it, depending on which path you choose first.

Glowyrm Its not harder. Knowing from experience playing the guitar or any instrument is all about muscle memory, and when you go from something you know like the back of your hand to something new you have to learn you will make a lot of mistakes.

@TheNamewithnumbers i know all that but when i 'traditionally' play i dont have it backwards. the nipple looking piece still out not the grip piece lol
@metalmanjakson01 I think its just because we tend to try to be a bit more technical about it, cause I play drums and sometime I'll hear the extra kick and accidently add in that kick but it wasn't put on the game. Only happens in hard, I can't play everything in expert lol.
@ShittyMcPoopyBalls no hes not, hes using the rockband sticks, look at the sticks.... he actually is holding them upsidedown... and the drummer from stone sour does the same thing, uses regular sticks, but plays with them upsidedown, my friend got one of their sticks from a concert and you can see where he was hitting on it

guitar hero 1 came out november 8th 2005, youtube was created February 14th 2005. Also a real instrument is way harder
