good news, the arcade version of this game was found and better yet, dumped and playable on mame! parapppa's voice clips and lammy's are in full quality (except for the win and lose audio for vs/co-op mode)

Thanks to this version I can understand the majority of the songs thanks to Parappa. I never had the issue with either Parappa game, but Lammy’s game had most of the teachers be very difficult to understand.
Fun fact: the reason why the buttons are glitching when touched is because the 2D buttons to press are pressed so when they are hit converting themself to a 3D object which goes to the original spot (due to the widescreen hack) with out stretching.
Just a note in the level names (Example, when it says on Monday before the cutscene following) Lammy is NOT staring at Parappa; they're both looking at the text.

They added it but it's really incomplete for the background side of things, and they removed the code that leads you to Parappa's stage 1. Also, @FloofPuppy is correct at the end since in the arcade version of UJL, you can play as Parappa in stage 1, but you need a cheat on a Gameshark to do that in the Playstation version.

Because Lammy's a guitarist for a rock band, and Parappa is a rapper, so the songs were changed to fit his rapping career.
Parappa's songs sound like hip-hop songs which fits his rapping career.
