@The Darkest Night don't say that where lucky to be alive especially during this corna madness there is something out there for everyone. We all go through rough times we just got to grind through it and the good times will come
The journey isn't easy, however the distance between where you began and where you end up is what makes you feel truly fulfilled. The most miserable times of my life I now look back on and realize those times drove me to do the work. I still do the work, even more so now than ever before.
I keep telling my lil bro this, You are single with no kids hustle hard and save and invest in your future and travel too. You don't like your career switch it. Apply yourself. Please🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾
I am 71. My experience has been, 'Do the work, do something meaningful to me, or be bored!' Fortunately I don't like to be bored. Taking on challenges is more fun. (grin)
I battled through legal and mental health issues from age 29-32. Now at 33, I'm starting over with a second chance at leveling up. I'm in a better head space, too.
Bro this video came at the right time. I was feeling depressed because I never had a girlfriend and was bitter towards the Chads that were pulling women. Instead of leveling up I kept making excuses and trying to take shortcuts. Instead of working on my fitness I will just tell myself “girls will like me for who I am . I don’t have to put any work. “ Instead of working on my personality I’ll just say “oh I’m perfect the way I am I don’t need to work on myself. “ But how many times am I going to say that when I’m still unhappy? That’s when I realize I needed to make a change. I just signed up for your Patreon and started the 10 steps to a healthy manhood course. I also started hitting the gym more and I’m starting to work on eating a better diet. I’m putting more focus in school on my computer science degree and I’m going to therapy in order to help with my emotional health. I’m ready. No more excuses
Glad to hear you're improving yourself. Focus on your health/fitness, wealth, success, and learn game. The women will come. Great your on the patreon see you in there!

Thought I had my first girlfriend at the age of 27 this year, got dumped... I used to believe I was the victim every time! But I’m ready to level up, and be more confident in myself!
@The Darkest Night I can assure you that most healthy and worthy women will not be interested in men like that long term. It must suck knowing that the only thing you have going for you is looks or money, but no one actually likes or loves you

I'm 36, on my grind and currently in the process. Don't worry about short term results. It comes on the long road! And guess what gents & ladies I love the process!!
The only thing hard for me is suppressing my emotions. I have a lot of anger and trauma. To go by a day without getting angry is almost impossible for me

This is without a doubt the most disturbing commentary I've ever heard on manhood. Too hard? Bro, you should be thankful for being so generously blessed for being born a male. Being a man has never been easy. I don't know why some expect it to be so now. My grandfather (RIP) was a WWII vet. At 19 years old he enlisted in the Army was sent to Europe to fight on the front line in the trenches. Here he was a country boy from Louisiana fighting on land he had never seen before. He helped liberate people far away only to come home and be treated as a second class citizen. In 1945 he left the South to get away from Jim Crow and give his children a chance at a better life. He brought his entire family to California sight unseen. At 23 years old he was married with two kids and had fought a war on the other side of the world. When I was 23 I was still trying to figure out what the hell I was doing with myself. It also seems to be implied by the guy who wrote the letter that being female is easier. As a man there's nothing worse then hearing men go on about how "easy" women have it. I don't know what women some guys have been exposed to. Nothing I've seen with my mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunts, etc ever made me think, "damn they got it easy". And as a man why would I even be looking for that?
Great video as always. It’s sad to hear about men feeling pressured and giving up. I’ve been there. But let me tell you, the journey is worth it. The grind is worth it. And the results I’ve seen from other men who have accomplished their goals, man, it will be worth it. Keep up the great work everyone! And don’t give up.

This is very true. I'll be going back to school in March to finish my degree so wish me luck everyone. The more you don't change the more things stay the same.
I needed this video , Needed this video bad, I'm the same age as you and Im still going through my journey, been a lot of steps forward, but plenty of steps back, had me depressed for a while because I thought I was going in an endless circle, so to hear this really slaps you back into proper perspective
For some people to win, others have to lose. That's the fact of life. doesn't mean you should stop the grind, but at the end of this journey....don't feel bad or regret anything as long as you put in the work.
I made it to 7:50 and there’s a lot of people that are situationally unable to be what’s considered “leveling up”. I’m still listening and still trying to see if I’m misinterpreting what’s being said but there’s guys out there I believe that situationally and environmentally can’t “level up”. I was never coddled. I had to help my mom with almost everything she’s done and still do. So I had more and more expectation and a hell of a lot more stress thrown onto me because of it. To the point where I don’t really think about myself. I put my family and others before myself. And my parents say they want me to be able to make it on my own but then get mad when I’m not around to help. Words that have rattled in my head has been “It’s inconvenient for us to get things done when your not here”. Those words where said due to me starting school and having to make up hours because the school didn’t communicate change of class schedules. I tend to be thrown into situations I don’t have control over yet get yelled at like I should. Or into situations where I can’t think of myself because I’m around others that require more attention. Another phrase I heard from my parents was “you seem to be like a leader when you work for others but not yourself.” But somehow can’t correlate that I’m the main source of their help in the household. Also i don’t know if this correlates but I didnt have my dad there or really any male role models that showed or shows what it’s like to be a man. My mom is remarried but I just don’t have that closeness with my stepfather than if it was his kid and him. So how does one in an environmental issue “level up”. None of this is said out of anger or spite. I’m just genuinely curious because for me at least I tend to struggle holding a job or getting out there because I’m so intergrated with family issues and situations. So that whole leveling up thing makes no sense. This might not be the place to write this but I’m just looking to see opinions
26 years old barley really started my journey a couple of months ago. Recovering alcoholic and felon raised by a single mom. I'm done playing the blame game and I'm not giving up just because it's hard, I'm out to create a dignified life for myself and give a good example to my son.
Leveling up is simple but not easy. At 25 I was a homeowner, college degree, good career, money in the bank, new car, and my retirement was already being worked on. Anybody can do it. I ended losing my home and job when we went though a recession, so I’ve actually had to start over a couple times. I’m 40 now and living the life that I want. If I can level up numerous times, you guys can do it at least once. I won’t get married because that would probably be worst than a recession.
@@allsmiles2160 From my experience with women I’ve noticed that they make their decisions based on how they’re feeling. I can’t risk losing everything in divorce court because she stopped feeling happy with our relationship. I’m too old to start over again and I refuse to live my life with the motto “happy wife, happy life”.
Truth has been spoken. The journey separates the boys from the men. Can't say how many men (really boys) who fit in this category. DO THE WORK! It will be worth it.
The craziest thing I have heard while working my clients would ask. Why are you working so hard when you're so young? Most of them would be women and sometimes men but rarely. The first time I heard this confused me because I thought everyone worked as much as I did, if not more, and I work around 70-85- hours a week. When I would have 50 hour weeks, I would think I'm getting lazy, and why am I complaining about the work when I'm making six figures. I just kept to my self, and once I found this channel and various others, I realized why my clients always questioned my work ethic and its because most guys don't work like this, and I was raised around men that put in 100% and if any family members didn't they would be criticized. I am now very grateful for the role models I had growing up and for making it the norm to give everything to what you are doing in life. This is why your channel is vital; you have changed many others' lives, and you keep me motivated to want more. (age:21)
Ive met men where they are defeated and never try to keep doing. Ive told a few guys I know the only person who can push you is yourself. You have to set a goal. And if you fall, take it as an experience and learn from it.
I take pride in being a male & leveling up to become a greater man. I love process of going through challenges & discovering new areas & part of myself that I never knew I had. It's not ever goin to be easy, but anything of high value is worth struggling for🤜💥🤛💪🔥
Thanks for making this video. I've been on a three year journey in regaining my life and while I'm still nowhere near where I want to be yet, you're right: It takes a long time to get to the top, so don't quit. I think sometimes, we as men who are trying to better ourselves feel the relapse and it puts us into a spot of where we don't think we can keep going on. Whether it's a rejection from another girl, or an outcome at work not going how we had hoped, we kind of get thrown back to that spot of feeling useless or defeated. So what can we do to combat that pessimism and not succumb to defeat so easily?
As soon as guys stop doing things for women and start becoming introspective, thats when everything in life improves. No one else in this world can fulfill you except you.
David Goggins was able to put my approach to hardship into better words than I can. He says he does something hard everyday that way he can build callouses on his mind. I've learned to never let myself take the easy way out, or I'll become complacent.
Complaining emasculates a man. It indicates there is a problem & he is helpless to solve it. It turns him into a weak powerless victim. A man either solves his problems or accepts grace that nothing can be done, and get backs to work.
I just left a job I hated for 13 years. I’m ready to level up after being jobless since Christmas. I’m ready to start over. I’ll do whatever it takes to find a job that makes me happy.
3:03 but that's the glory behind being a guy! The difficulty of the thing! Emerging from supreme suffering and difficulty is the ultimate level up! Fellas, read up on your Norse Mythology and study the story of Odin...
Today I decided to approach women in public again but with a different mindset. This time I expected rejection but told myself I would approach 10 women. Most of them did reject me but I noticed their reactions were different and I HAD FUN! I’m going to push myself again tomorrow because I’ve grown to realize that instant gratification was my downfall in the past. Thanks guys!
I believe every man need to re-read the Bible, it lays out your responsibilities, when a man over steps his boundaries, it gets overwhelming. And know your strengths and your weaknesses. Most African-American men can’t survive a day in oriental Africa. I have seen and know the difference and it’s very not good in America.
Listen, I’m a big fan. Love, love, love the content. But something I find at odds with some of these videos is leveling up emotionally/spiritually and how the messaging comes across. I grew up on anime too, but these anime protagonists are always demigods or chosen ones. In real life, how many of us are that? If you want to be a multi-millionaire/date supermodels, by all means exhaust all the opportunities that you have. But leveling up emotionally/spiritually means recognizing How small we all really are. How to be grateful. How to have empathy. How to be complacent with less. If the goal is self-satisfaction, you’re only ever gonna get so much. Honestly people with their needs meet, but still beating themselves to a pulp to be “successful” have issues. And I feel like that’s what the messaging caters to.
At first I'm thinking... OK those are some of my favourite animations too... But when you got to that YJ S3 analogy of being pushed and that being what separates the two kinds of people... Man... Dope content man! God bless! Stop whining and just put in the work... An improvement of 1% a day equals a 37x fold improvement in a year💯
Great video Hafeez! It's so true what you're saying leveling up is a marathon not a sprint. I do find though I get upset when a girl rejects me or ghosts me for Chad Thundershock. I understand it's just their human nature, I can't control it and I should just focus on leveling up instead. However, I struggle channeling that inner anger into something productive, any advice on how to do that?
@@allsmiles2160 Hi thanks so much for responding that is so true. I never thought of it like that but I'll definitely keep that in mind. Photography is my passion I've been doing it for 4 years now. I'm starting up a new photography business and so far it's going better than expected at least :)

God bless. Be determined. You can do anything
Naruto just had to be on that list... Long story short, it taught me to never give up 😎😏🙃
naruto is a story with so much life lessons
Naruto among so many animes. Anime is legit full of good life lessons.
Well the right anime lol.
@@allsmiles2160 Because a recession doesn’t require babysitting a grown woman’s emotions.
(age:21)
I needed this talk. Break limits!
Thanks that's exactly what I need. Really appreciate it G Hafiz 👊🏾 🇰🇪
I love the positivity and energy in your videos.
I wish you guys were around when I was growing up in the early 90's
Ive met men where they are defeated and never try to keep doing. Ive told a few guys I know the only person who can push you is yourself. You have to set a goal. And if you fall, take it as an experience and learn from it.
Hafeez, get the youtuber Brandon Carter on here if y’all can bro. Dude got an amazing story & embodies this message
If you made it through 2020 with your health intact and gainfully employed, you have zero right to complain in 2021. I don’t wanna hear it. Level up‼️
Thanks Hafeez! I needed to hear this. I'm gonna put in the work!
I take pride in being a male & leveling up to become a greater man. I love process of going through challenges & discovering new areas & part of myself that I never knew I had. It's not ever goin to be easy, but anything of high value is worth struggling for🤜💥🤛💪🔥
I Absolutely LOVED that you said YuYuHakusho!!
If you can learn to fall in love with the process, then the fruits of your labor will just be the icing on the cake.
I don't know many people who know Yu Yu Hakusho. Yusuke was definitely my favorite fictional character growing up as a teen. Much respect
Hey!! Just wanted to say I'm grateful for your content and hard work ♡♡
As soon as guys stop doing things for women and start becoming introspective, thats when everything in life improves. No one else in this world can fulfill you except you.
Ya’ll are doing the good work and it shows. Very inspiring.
Thanks bro, getting this course next week
Hafeez speaking the truth!
Finally someone telling the truth! I've been leveling up for the past two years but I have so much more to do
You're the best brother, it really does help me
To put on the grind is so much gratifying especially because the best thing about the result is who you're becoming rather than what you're getting.
Im so glad to have your community
David Goggins was able to put my approach to hardship into better words than I can. He says he does something hard everyday that way he can build callouses on his mind. I've learned to never let myself take the easy way out, or I'll become complacent.
This vid was definitely needed. Thanks bro
Complaining emasculates a man. It indicates there is a problem & he is helpless to solve it. It turns him into a weak powerless victim. A man either solves his problems or accepts grace that nothing can be done, and get backs to work.
Thank you for helping us leveling up and for the words of encouragement. 👍👍💪💪
Yu yu hoku and naruto made me subscribe lol . Love your content king keep it up 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Hafeez the fact that you watch Young Justice is dope, that show is great!
Can you make a video about the signs women are waisting your time?
Check with "iron in the soul"he's good on those content ..one of our alpha
Today I decided to approach women in public again but with a different mindset. This time I expected rejection but told myself I would approach 10 women. Most of them did reject me but I noticed their reactions were different and I HAD FUN! I’m going to push myself again tomorrow because I’ve grown to realize that instant gratification was my downfall in the past. Thanks guys!
It’s not easy being a woman either. I’d actually say we have it ten times harder but hey, that’s how the cookie crumbles.
I'm a male by BIRTH, and a man by CHOICE! I didn't choose this LIFE, but I chose to LIVE this life.
Banger of a vid! All men need to watch this.
Team no excuses 💪💪 got to keep grinding
Great content, guys! I’m learning so much.. for real 🔥
Please get Austin Dunham on the Podcast, really wanna hear him discuss his views on success, personal development and dating.
Thanks for all this!
What about the stress tho sometimes I think the stress of it and really get to you and ppl don't know how to release that
You named Yu Yu Hakusho as best anime????
SUBSCRIBED!!!
You got my subscription with the anime talk lol
I needed this!!!!
he preaching facts. Life is hard, so what, get better
8:28 you should've said baki since you're talking about working hard
At first I'm thinking... OK those are some of my favourite animations too... But when you got to that YJ S3 analogy of being pushed and that being what separates the two kinds of people... Man... Dope content man! God bless! Stop whining and just put in the work... An improvement of 1% a day equals a 37x fold improvement in a year💯
It's great being a man!
@@allsmiles2160 Thanks I really appreciate it! Yea it's great for expressing yourself and your ideas to the world. It definitely has, pretty much every woman I've dated was through my photography. I'll keep my head up, keep working and eventually I may find someone who'll stay 💙
Thank you for speaking the TRUTH
I couldn’t agree more with your top 3 anime list and honorable mention Bro 💯
Love the content
My best blessing was being born a man 💯
This is a good speech! ✊🏾
This video went from motivation to cartoon reviews 😂😂
