    Word is not enough to describe how grateful I am for this discovery. (TMI: im new to jira and my boss asked me to present about this within 3 days) I know nothing about both Jira and JSM and this helps me a lot! Thank you very much for this sharing.
    I highly recommend you include the “(Beginner Overview)” in your title so it can help a lot of other people out there as well.

    Interviewing for a new role soon and have never used Jira (only Service Now). This was a fantastic quick start reference. I feel much more confident having reviewed your presentation.
