Change daily the solution, if you are using it on daily basis

@@devishaarunadevitiwari3988 if you are using it on a occasion after using it keep it in inside solution untill you take it out from the solution to use it, you don't need to change the solution on daily basis

See, if in 24 hrs you will wearing them on and off then you need it, else not. Simple like that.
Whenever you put off your lens from your eyes it will need solution to be stored. That's the logic.

For storage: change the solution every 3 days.
