Your channel just popped up today and your situation is mines. As of right now I have been doing ADF- alternate day fasting, along with carnivore which has help so much. I just started the stepper after watching Mirabel Elume here on YT. You are only supposed to use the stepper for 30 minutes before the wire start to burn so be careful. I will definitely be watching you!❤
I've been meaning to watch your video you did on the sauna blanket! I've really been wanting to get one! And I had never heard of barefoot shoes until I started watching your videos, so I'll have to check those out, too. I think that mini challenges are so important, yes! We have our big goals we're trying to reach, yes, and those mini goals are the steps that get us to the top of the staircase. That's how I see it. I'm always doing some kind of challenge...if I didn't, I'd never stay on a healthy track lol. Love everything in this video and looking forward to your success in your upcoming challenges!
