Oh that's really cool you came to my city to visit. Looks like you had a blast. And you do have to sit on the left side of the plane during landing at LGA. in 2019 I traveled to Arkansas and back every week for work and the landing path would take the left to see all the skyscrapers as you approach the runaway. You still got Lady Liberty though.

Even though Leningrad was the nicest city in the Soviet Union, it could not compare to Paris. I stayed in Paris for a week between the U.S. and the U.S.S.R and thought it was beautiful..

LGA is unpredictable as to which side you want to sit. If you approach over Brooklyn and the airport from the east you want to be on the left. But if you approach over NJ and the Bronx you want to be on the right. But of course you don't know which one it will be until you're on it.

Some airports are more predictable than others but it usually comes down to which runway(s) are the actives which makes it like playing the lottery.

actually, the rent has dropped so much in the city, especially on the ues! You can find a nice studio on the use for 1500-2000 depending how nice is the building and what you have in the apartment (dishwasher and balcony)
