Great video! Number 1 for me (Had mine since Jan) is definetely the difuser, absolutly cannot stand that horrible grey slab from factory.

i would change the chargepipe for a stage 1 tune, just incase..
I’m on H+R springs and much prefer them to the stock. I just changed the rear dampers too which has made a good improvement because I’ve always felt that the rear end is the weakest point. The underbody brace is worth it to for £140.
My car is white so I couldn’t wait to ditch the silver. The body coloured spoiler looks good.

Same here I found the stock springs ain’t up to much and the H&R are great and thanks I’ll look into the brace nice one 👍🏻
@@jamesr50 you’ll already have the brace because yours is a three door....sorry blonde moment there! The three doors had them out of the factory but the five doors didn’t.

Where’d you get the spoiler lip from bud, looking at getting one for the m135i
I have the bola 18-inch wheels 245 35 18 all round. 5mm spacers all round. I have a motech stance + 25mm rear 30mm on front, but I'm not sure 30mm will fit ? I know 25mm will would you know 30mm would fit ??

Have a regular look on your rear bump stops - H&R springs usually destroy the bump stops pretty fast

Top tip
It’s a 15 - 20k car. Don’t buy cheap bits for it and don’t get into it if you can’t afford to do it properly

Thank you for the video. Each to their own, and I respect you are doing what you personally like to your own car, which is great. But personally I wouldn't do most of them.
Res delete : the resonators are there for a reason, not just to kill the sound. A lot of owners like myself, hate the silly pops, bangs, and crackles, it's just unwanted attention, and doesn't improve the performance.
ECU remap : YES ! ..... Although I would advise against any of the crappy tuning boxes, and downloadable maps like bootmod3, I would most certainly advise owners to get a proper map done at a reputable tuning specialist. Mine made 411bhp/576nm and the map was tweaked over 4 dyno runs for the best results within very safe limits, with everything monitored (fuel, temps, timing, etc).
Lowering springs : I wouldn't. I would however, buy a proper suspension upgrade like the bilstein kits for adaptive suspension. The dampers and springs have been developed to work together properly.
De-chroming : God no. Every chav and his dog is doing the same thing, it looks cheap and nasty.
Wheel spacers : Nope. Just puts extra strain on your wheel bearings and without other supporting adjustments, screws up the steering.
Spoiler : no thanks, it just creates more drag.
I'll spend my savings on pure performance mods thanks, next up for me is a 200 cell cat, XHP3 gearbox map, and further ecu map to get 460-470 bhp and 620nm roughly.
