  • In this video, we're exploring the so-called Ni-Fi loop that keeps INTJs trapped in unhealthy psychological cycles. Have you ever experienced phases in your life of feeling exceptionally stuck in your own head and isolating yourself from the world more than usual? Chances are that the reason for this was the Ni-Fi loop. In this video, we will explain to you what exactly that is and how you can break free from it.

I have been stuck in this for 4 months.
I knew I was stuck in a loop.... This gives explanation to it. Now let's see if I can break it.

      Did you break it yet?

But, you have to actually solve the problem! You need to find practical solutions to the issues that have driven you to that loop. Introverted intuition plays a big role in this! You need to analyze your way out of it with your logical mind. You need to find information from people who are more intelligent than you are or have deeper understanding of certain things than you have.
You sometimes need to give your unconscious mind time to process things, as well. It's also important to think about your values and what gives you a sense of meaning and purpose. Breaking routines and creating new habits and hobbies are important, as well.

Nifi loop happens because intjs are ok with hypothesizing answers without evidence. Let that sink in

Thinking and questioning about this loop could be dangerous, the analytical mind of INTJs could sink into a neverending cycle while searching for the correct answer (spoiler: when you are inside the loop, all the answers seem equally right or wrong). My only relief comes from learning about the mechanic of this loop, spotting its traps as they open under my feet. It still doesn't always work, but I'm fighting.

Get out and try to take a walk every day, or go to the gym, or just get into the world on a daily basis. It really helped me break mine that I was in for years.

I didn’t think there was any explanation for this kind of loop to be honest, but it made sense. Very helpful bro
