There are so many incredible dark magical/horror stories marvel could tell if they would just embrace it. It’s an entire corner of their universe that they have barely touched yet. I hope this is good.

Its hard to see that because 1. I hate scary stuff, and 2. This in the same universe with political stuff like Capt America, aliens, gods etc. and regular crime.
That was a library card of who last had the Darkhold. That's pretty clever. This looks like a good mix of fun and horror.

It actually makes so much sense that Agnes became a detective - since Wanda gave her the role of the ‘nosy neighbor’ - it checks out that she’d pick a career that harnesses that nosiness.
Yes, she seemed way more cheery when Wanda left her than she does now, but that was before the Hex was dispelled and Westview went back to being a shabby run-down town.
the mysterious "teen" is definitely Billy Maximoff also the name at the start in the book checkout was refering to William Maximoff aka Billy checked out a book.
i really like that agatha is now the lead in a detective show and is probably investigating a death that she isn’t seeing correctly and thats why aubrey plaza’s character probably chose this scene in the “series” to tell her

I believe like in Wanda Vision, they are doing/ parroting many mystery and horror shows in each episodes. Wonder if Agatha is trapped in something similar or if they are just doing it for fun to be like Wanda Vision.

I'll be giving it a watch, certainly. Kathryn Hahn seems to be having a blast playing Agatha, and that always makes it more fun to watch.
Agatha has billy with her and his magic also
I would like to point out that Billy Kaplan is Agatha's familiar in this show. Meaning, we won't get to see him at his full power, BUT he is a direct link between Agatha and Wanda, since Billy is Wanda's son, brought back to life by Agatha's magic. At least, that's how we interpreted the synopsis.

I'm a magic nerd, so I will definitely watch it. I like Agatha in comics, this one's decently done too. I like that they've used the Witches' Road from the 2016 Scarlet Witch run.

I'm very much looking forward to this series! I loved Agatha's character in Wandavision. Hahn's performance stole the show in many of the scenes back then and she deserved to come back to the MCU in some capacity.

As a fan of the MCU's magical side and of Florence+The Machine i really loved this trailer 😬 It looks promising, i'm just happy we get more supernatural stuff, it's the most interesting side of this universe for me.
I'm pretty sure they will find a way to bring Wanda back with the Witches Road (i remember you can make a wish if you succeed so... maybe Wiccan will ask to get his mother back?)
I love anything that is campy and corny. This looks like something I would have watched in the '80s. Like the movie teen witch. 🤣🤣
The shows synopsis says that a teen goth seek out Agatha Harkness to walk the "Witches Road" with him. If you can walk the road, at the end you can fulfill your desires, but what is he trying to fulfill?

I have a feeling the dated special effects in some of the scenes are intentional. If they are going for a similar theme to WandaVision it will probably explore illusions based on movie/television tropes. In this case stereotypical murder mystery shows and cheesy horror

At the beginning of the Agatha story, we see a murder victim. I agree, it looks like the fingers are blackened, which I recall seeing in WandaVision when Agatha (and later Wanda) used certain magic. Does this have anything to do with that? It seems like an odd coincidence. A dead witch or someone who died by magic?
Agatha mentions that Wanda took away all her magical powers. Then we see that demon/devil creature. I wonder if Agatha is "selling her soul" or making some kind of sacrifice to regain her magic? Definitely Disney going dark, hahaha.
The characters in the show say "why would any right-minded witch join Agatha Harkness' coven". Remember WandaVision episode 8 when we go back in time to 1693 and see Agatha take the power from all the witches in her coven, even her mother. In this teaser we see a brief shot of magic flowing from several people into one. Has she found a way to "recharge" without killing the other witches?
Witches road is a different plane of existence in the comics. Only ppl who use magic can access it. Wanda actually walks the path to fix witchcraft itself so I wonder if they can use this to bring her back.

4:53 Oh yeah….that is her. They flashed it so fast. I believe she wanted to get away from the naïve goofy role of the 70’s & 90’s shows.
I think they’ll be using all of the titles for each episode
what if... W. Maximoff on the library chekout card was not for Wanda... but for William? What if Billy (William) got his hands on the Darkhold (or another similar book) to try to resurrect Wanda? What if he infiltrated Agatha's coven to use it in his quest to resurrect Wanda? We see what looks like a female zombie... could it be a failed resurrection?
In the teaser trailer the witch said wanda is gone that witch never said wanda is dead so wanda is still alive made wanda is in the witches roads and that dead body outfit is the same outfit when wanda destroy her hex in wandavision

I wish this didn’t look as good as it does. It’d be nice to lay the MCU to rest, and not be forever trapped in the “Maybe it won’t suck this time/ nope, it sucked” cycle.

It looks like Hocus Pocus but not in a good way. I don’t really see the once upon a time comparison, I actually loved OUAT even though the green screen & cgi was extremely questionable most of the time in the series. This doesn’t look too good & I feel like it was a mistake to kill off the Scarlett Witch & Quicksilver, bringing in Evan Peters as a fake actor was annoying, I wish they would somehow reverse this & make him the actual Quicksilver of the MCU… recast Wanda if you have to since her mutant origin was changed in the MCU anyways due to fox owning the rights. But that’s just my opinion. I’m not gonna have my hopes up too high for this one
