All the four tyres should be replaced at the same time. When you change only front or rear tyres, then there may be a lack in performance and tyre life will be reduced.

NO, because tyres are always in combination with rims/alloys. If you want low profile tyre then the size of the rim should be bigger and when we use high profile tyres comparatively the size of the rim reduces, so in both the condition the overall size of the tyre almost remains same,. So hardly there will be any difference in mileage.
Any Highway Terrain tyre from Ceat MRF Bridgestone or other company like Goodyear will do, tyre size for Ignis is 175 / 65 R15,. You can ask for 175 / 75 / R15

R16 cannot be upgraded to R17 however 205 can be upgraded to 215
