A sad thing about TC2000,since most of the manufacturers left and the C Segment of cars was heavily reduced,they will turn the series into a SUV based series..yep,we are really living a dark age in this case.
i don't think the change to SUV a bad thing and this same change happens in Brazil with Stock Cars, i'll with an open mind to see how those cars will be on track
@@cassianofaria1 While i agree changing to SUVs isn´t the worst in the world,simply because the other option would be the end of the series as a whole (like the GTE class that was dropped and replaced by GT3s when they ran out of teams and cars),a SUV on a race track..isn´t the first thing someone thinks about when talking about motorsports,not even with the most overpowered ones(of course,in modern South American market,it´s SUVs or just Corollas vs Corollas,no Chevrolet,Renault,Peugeot or Honda,they pretty much gave up).
I don't like SUV, but it just makes sense and it will be able to bring new manufacturers to the championships. The cars look great and you can't find sponsors to race with a car that isn't available to the consumers anymore.
TC2000's cousin championship, Stock Car Pro Series, unfortunately is going this way =(

@@dantegris4135 a ver es un mod hecho por gente que no empezo hace mucho, que no es una empresa de grandes cantidades sino creo q son 2 o 3 flacos para ahcer no solo este sino otros mods y hasta un juego propio, comparado con lo que habia antes es un mod tremendo pero tampoco se les puede epdir mucho mas y sobretodas las cosas esta en desarrollo

Need a modern trans am car I never see them talked about
Seriously, those things are batshit insane. 850+ horsepower, 2800 pounds, a solid rear axle, and absolutely zero driver aids. I distinctly remember one screaming off the final corner of the Indianapolis road course half-sideways at over 100mph on partial throttle, almost snapping back around on the upshift, then just disappearing down the straight at Mach Jesus.
Trans Am cars especially the Ta1 ones are basically NASCARS designed only for road course racing
VRC has made a ta2 mod which he’s used multiple times. But no one has made a Ta mod. Ta2 is the better racing and more common car, but as someone who’s been to multiple trans am events, the unrestricted NASCAR 368ci with 900hp is something to hear.
@@JewelzTheEmeraldKing its more similar to SuperGT, being a GT series with Silhoutte cars (purposed built race car bearing only cosmetic similarity to road version)

@@JOHANNESwhoelse I've got so much nostalgia for that series I occasionally rewatch old races from it. That series was actually rebooted as Nitrocross. It's certainly not the same but worth trying at least once.
Then World Rallycross is struggling, but with a new ruleset maybe they can find their footing again.

The SRX car is surprisingly fast for a short track (oval) car.
Ohh boy if only someone added Velocidade na Terra series to Asseto Corsa. Velocidade na Terra is a Brazilian championship which cars race in closed red dirt circuits. Unlike rx, the circuit has no jumps and the track is longer, and the cars are not rally based, but touring based. There's various categories: Marcas/Turismo (which features FWD street cars, the most used is the VW Golf MKIV), Fusca cross (Beetles mounted with AP EA827 engine), Autocross/Formula Tubular, Stock Car, and Classic Touring. My grandfather was a Beetle driver and he won 2 Paranaense championships, and his teammate 3. Our team was very successful during the early 2010s. Still, the only game who has it (only Autocross and stock cars+1 track) is automobilista ofc, it's a game made by Brazilians. Still, I want so much to some VnT cars and tracks be added to AC.

Los Turismo Carretera aparecen generalmente en los videos de "Categorias Principales" (a la par de los WEC,NASCAR o F1),este video esta más centrado en categorias un tanto más desconocidas (por el publico fuera de ese pais en especifico).
Por otro lado..no se si ya han hecho mods para Assetto Corsa de los TC nueva generación,hay de los generación anterior,pero de los actuales desconozco.

World Rallycross Championship, Nitro Rallycross, Global Rallycross & the European Rallycross Championship. Some championships have moved to electric cars. Global Rallycross disappeared.
