The 600whp number isn’t accurate, he even said in the video it wasn’t the right way to run the dyno. The accurate number is 498 which is consistent with other dyno videos.
BMW always underrates their motors, something about meeting the rated HP under the worst conditions on the planet, Death Valley in the summer but at Mt. Everest elevation.
Making big power 💪, but I have a very good mod for your m5 which opens more air flow which is getting gamma project intake. Quite expensive .Installed many on m5’s and m models. Best in the market and best performance results and results in bruttle turbo sounds

@@VehicleVirals it's for insurance purposes mainly. The lower the power the less likely insurance will reject the car and the less insurance rates would be. When the Demon debuted, their main issue was they couldn't bring the car to life because no insurance company would cover it. On the end Hagerty did and it's the only insurance company that will insure a Demon. If you want to buy a Demon get a quote from Hagerty.

Hey man. Im also catless and have straight pipe exhaust.. Where are you getting your tune from ? My m6 was tuned by frank smith in MD and it also runs super rich. It smokes and also you can smell fuel. I'm thinking bout getting a different tune but I don't really trust boot mod. My car has 30k miles
you definately need new valve seals with that smoke is a 100% m5 engine problem, 600 whp will be only on some banks…. but make more power than stock… great cars
one day I hope people will begin to realise that America and Europe measure bhp differently. if you put one of these on a UK dyno it will be showing close to what is claimed

For the new one the e9x m3 are 414hp crank but they dyno at 350whp and 265 torque. Sad numbers haha but still a fun car

@@denniszzzz depends. This is not my first F10 M5. Less common on TU motors. N63S on the other hand are notorious for failing valve stem seals.

My S63 M6 doesn't need top off ever. Be sure to use the correct viscosity and don't abuse your car.

M5 a S63 is know to be underrated. So is s55 m3.
Shouldn't be suprised by the amount of smoke/condensation/gas coming from a downpiped/aftermarket exhaust.
