Case #2 floors me. The mom claims the neighbor hit her with a spade. But, when the husband arrives later, the door was jammed closed by the same spade. It took the neighbor AND the husband to get the door opened enough. My question is, no one seems to explain how the guy would have gotten out the house and still used said spade to jam the door…
Good point but there were other exits, windows etc, sometimes when the case is so old, its hard to get information on every scenario, thankyou so much for watching

See I did not have a problem with the door being locked from the inside and the Spade holding the door shut because if somebody had come in and killed by two children and tried to murder me and I was not dead I certainly would not want him coming back so I definitely would have locked the door and held it closed anyway possible and that's where they found her she just did not have her story straight she should have said she locked it out of fear that he would come back but it's better than innocent man going to prison I just do not wish that on anyone or some innocent person being killed definitely not what I'm hoping to ever happen but I'm also not a fan of the death penalty or people doing the rest of their life in prison it's just Revenge it serves no purpose but revenge and hatred also is she wasn't so sloppy about her murders and crimes that other man might have been innocently put to death so I'm not into the death penalty for many reasons peace everyone be safe
I enjoyed these first time around, and were good to listen to again. I like the third one because you give a really good historical context to the killing. Well here's to 2022!

The story about Anna is one I remembered when you first told it. My ❤️ goes out to her because she told people she was happy but they didn't believe it. I struggled in the same situation. Even though I came from a well-heeled family and had a lot of money to be able to support myself I didn't feel like I could survive for some reason without this abusive human next to me. I struggled for many years and nearly all of my money besides a few hundred dollars disappeared at the hands of my ex. I look back and I think maybe I was just waiting for that day that he would finally spend all my money on women and drugs and I'd be able to go. I really can't explain why I stayed. To any woman out there. Please don't stay and if you need somebody to just talk to please let me know. ❤️

It’s chilling to think, in the middle story, Francisca was willing to send her innocent neighbor to his death (and nearly succeeded) when she knew she was guilty and immune to the death penalty. So many murderers are able to kill someone else, but can’t do it to themselves. Francisca was the Susan Smith of her day. Fascinating that she was the first convicted with fingerprint evidence. Those poor little children - RIP!
The research you must do, to bring these historic cases to our attention, is very much appreciated, each case is fascinating & looked forward to, Thank You for your efforts they are very much appreciated.

Hi really like your interesting cases and always follow them, this one had a particular resonance with me as back in the 1960's as a child I was taken to Madame Tussauds in London, and in the Chamber of Horrors was a cast of Marat in his bath taken by Madame Tussaud herself at the time, complete with knife in chest I think also a cast of Charlotte Cordey's head is held by the museum, I gather it is one of the oldest casts held by the museum. it was pretty gruesome and is still imprinted in my memory.
The first case, would make an excellent horror movie. I don't think in the second case the woman was insane. She committed double murder, then tried to frame someone else for her crime. I don't believe the suicide attempt was at all genuine.
As I emerge from the turkey torpor my synapses are waking up to Brief Case and Team. Drinking coffee and munching on leftover pudding (with hard and rum sauce).....life is good!

I enjoy how you approach any of these kind of stories and if they're new or classic cases it doesn't matter, I enjoy your content. For me is refreshing to see cases from Latin America since I'm Latina, older or closer to our times, for me it doesn't matter. Of course the classic content is mostly based in previous centuries, the way you narrative the stories makes me feel I'm there watching everything. Is like reading a book, my imagination flies to the sceneries and the emotions of the people involved. Just keep doing what you love and is great to know we can contribute with our opinions. Again, thank you for your effort in every video. I saw the notification while I was watching a BC vid haha. But I had insomnia and I didn't want to wake up so early. @@BriefCaseOfficial Is a pain in the arse to take medication that could knock out 3 men and yet have insomnia, it sucks. My doc considers that my body not only gets used to the meds faster, but my natural tendency to be resistant to a lot of other meds is kinda weird but they've seen much more weird stuff. Thank you very much for this treat! A compilation is a lovely idea and I vote for this. I enjoy how you approach any of these kind of stories and if they're new or classic cases it doesn't matter, I enjoy your content. For me is refreshing to see cases from Latin America since I'm Latina, older or closer to our times, for me it doesn't matter. Of course the classic content is mostly based in previous centuries, the way you narrative the stories makes me feel I'm there watching everything. Is like reading a book, my imagination flies to the sceneries and the emotions of the people involved. Just keep doing what you love and is great to know we can contribute with our opinions. Again, thank you for your effort in every video.

@@BriefCaseOfficial Is a pain in the arse to take medication that could knock out 3 men and yet have insomnia, it sucks. My doc considers that my body not only gets used to the meds faster, but my natural tendency to be resistant to a lot of other meds is kinda weird but they've seen much more weird stuff.
