100% agree. Having preschool aged kids myself I really appreciate the way they handled it. While filming isn’t illegal it is unusual in this setting. I say anything unusual around young children should be handled with the utmost care and caution in regard to the children.

What’s always crazy to me is that how an auditor acts has virtually zero bearing on how things are going to go. They can walk in, not say a word. In this state the administration can trespass you without cause and can absolute reject your FOIA request. One example is California Penial Codes 627-627.10 from 2007, This was updated in 2023 with California Penal Code - PEN § 626.8 that gave school more security. There are many more.

Every time someone comes in there for business they’re gonna lock down I like the way you mentioned those officers names and when you talk to him, mention them as much as you can because that’s their fame for their small town so people can understand and see what they’re doing and how they’re handling situations I love it please follow up and let us know on more videos. What the camera is showing or what they’re saying would appreciate that more.

The law gives the school 'implied authority' to control entry and access to the campus.
One example is California Penial Codes 627-627.10 from 2007, This was updated in 2023 with California Penal Code - PEN § 626.8 that gave school more security. There are many more.

The FOIA laws are worded differently in each state.
From what I understand, any public entity that provides the services you are requesting, has to accept a FOIA request, then forward it to the appropriate person or office.
