- Acharya Ajay, a childhood friend of Chanakya, narrates the situation in Pataliputra (capital of Magadha Empire). He narrates how the administrators exploit the divisions in the society. How difference in the means and ends in life causes social disharmony and ultimately the fall from grace. There is also mention of something similar to brain drain (although for reason different from today's). I felt these issues are relevant even in today's world, if understood the right way.

@@mukeshmishra8962 I feel this is not because the effect rather the popularity and changes in globalization of language, that is not related to what has been discussed here. we are independent in selecting religion, language etc as said in this episode, but we should be wise enough not to differentiate among ourselves based on that, and we must refrain and oppose these behaviors in society.

Jains are not "Sampraday". According to some Jains existed long before Hindus, Lord Mahavir only revitalised Jain religion. I will try to prove my words, Please correct me if I am wrong (with proof),
Human beings are Called "Manav" in Hindi/ Sanskrit language, Have you ever asked why 'Manav'???? Why not anything else (Panav, Chanav, Kanav or something else), Same is asked about Urdu "Aadmi". It is because we 'Manav/ Aadmi' is son of (we came from) Manu/ Adam. He was considered as first human to teach us Civilisation/ Language/ Farming/Mathematics etc. And not to mention Religion. In Jain religion we know him as 1st Tirthankar Lord AadiNath (Lord Mahavir was 24th). Since religions (Apart from Jain) came after Lord Aadinath/ Manu /Adam taught us.
We have. all seen (heard of) the statue of Lord Bahubali in Shravanbelgola in State of Karnataka who was the 20th of last generation. That means that there we 19 before him and typically there was a difference of 2000 to 3000 yrs between two Tirthankars, It is safe to assume that Jain religion was there a long time before Hindu religion.

One thing which I got to know about our old civilisation from this video is that our civilisation strictly saperated education from economy and was against the capitalisation of it. If we give it a deep thought then we can understand that why it makes much more sense than the opposite. Education is something that which is above anything tangible, it is not created by anyone, it is the result of thousands of years old knowledge and research. It is just sensible that it should be a part of everyone's life in that civilisation but because we don't evolve that fast and does not have it by default, therefore it must be given by elders. Education is one of the building blocks of any civilisation whereas economy is just a part of a civilisation.
