They have gotten a little less tactile over time (I've noticed that the keys I don't touch often have a little more resistance to them) but overall they still work great and ultimately it's entirely hot swappable with new otemu browns so I'm happy with my choice, especially for the price.
I have the K580 VATA Pro (brown switches) and it's amazing, it's heavy enough to not slide around easily, feels great to type on, and I'm really satisfied with how stiff the keyboard is and how it doesn't keep my house awake at night. I get the Redragon M686 Vampire Elite mouse this Friday, so I'll be happy then too.
Tbh a very underrated reviewer, when have you ever seen products getting plugged with UK, US AND Canada, when I first stumbled across this channel, I really thought like this guy had like over a million subs but found out it was under appreciated, but soon million subs!
Tbh I think he would’ve but I remember previously he mentioned that obviously he reviews for consumers and DIY kits are obnoxiously expensive most of the time so it wouldn’t fit that consumer kinda category, atleast thats what I think, maybe there might be some incoming content on DIY👀
The Aukey that I got like 2 days ago is the wayyyyyy to good for 40 bucks. It's blue switch and I can't really remember the name but it has the rgb ring around the whole thing and I'm planning getting hyperx pudding keycaps for it. Becuase the ones it comes with are ABS but yeah... I would recommend this keyboard to every person in the planet. Even without a Budget (edit: it's the KM-G12 I think)
I don't know if you ever saw it, but there is a 45 dollar aukey TKL with blue switches that often goes 10-15 dollars off on sale on Amazon, it's quite worth the price

Very nice RGB, and the keycaps were solid feeling. BUT, being Outemu Blue Clicky switches, the SOUND after a year of using it had done me in. The constant click click click got on my nerves, especially during gaming sessions. I still use that keyboard, on my Entertainment System, but now my daily driver is the SteelSeries Apex 7 with Red Switches.....and the difference between a budget keyboard like the Havit and the premium SteelSeries is like night and day. The actuation, feel, SOUND and quality of the SteelSeries switches and keycaps is amazing, to say the least! The RGB on the SteelSeries just can't be topped by any keyboard out there. Bright, crisp, with good saturation without being overly flashy! I can understand that for someone on a budget, the Redragon or Aukey are good choices, and it will get them into the mechanical keyboard world, but eventually, once the newness wears off, they will plop down for a more premium keyboard like I did.....maybe. Once again, great review, and I really enjoy how neutral you are when making a review. You allow the viewers to decide if this works for them, while also showing that for you, a certain keyboard or monitor, or whatever, is what you prefer! Great job!!!

great review, i might need your help or anyone who can, I've never used a keyboard other than my laptops', and i only use it for typing -word\ excel documents -i never game from the computer, so, lately i've been thinking about buying a keyboard and i don't want to spend a crazy amount, maybe $ 100 max, because i'm already used to my laptop and i'm happy with it, i heard getting a separate keyboard WILL improve the speed and accuracy of typing , also i don't want to go deep into customizing keys and different types of mechanical keyboards because thats too much information , i just need a good, cheap reliable keyboard for work, i'll even be happy with a membrane keyboard if anyone knows a good one :)

I saw this keyboard on the mouse review and i was really really interested in it with circular rgb wheel and the edges and here we are! And.. BETTER THAN K580?! No.. 😂 NO

The K580 VATA also come in optical brown switches which are gaming changing.
I am using it. It has outemu blue mechanical switches not optical. K587 Pro has outemu optical switches.
