It has helped alot. But if you are still eating sugars and breads it will make inflammation worse, and nothing will work to get rid of the pain...
I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing nerve pain despite taking these vitamins. 🌱 While B vitamins can be incredibly helpful for many people, they might not be the complete solution for everyone. 🧠 Nerve pain can have multiple underlying causes, and sometimes it takes a combination of approaches to find relief. It might be worth revisiting your situation with a healthcare provider to explore other potential factors, like other nutrient deficiencies, chronic inflammation, or even structural issues that might be contributing to your pain. 🌟 Hang in there, and I hope you find relief soon! 🌸
As experienced, sciatica pain originates from herniated disc ( with back pain LS 4, 5, 6 ). Timely contacting to spine specialists is most necessary for appropriate treatments. Vitamin suppliments are good but should not be delayed.
B1 should be taken in the benfotiamine form, B6 in the pyridoxamine form (but never exceeding the RDA) and B12 as methylcobalamine (the latter with also L-methylfolate for avoiding imbalance or depletion).
Thank you. It is very informative for me, I am suffering from scatica. Long standing position also trigger the pain. I take Benfotiamine and also Centum. I am a diabetic too.

Also try 1 teaspoon of moringa powder (known as the wonder tree) mixed in water / milk or smoothie daily. It's natural and has many health benefits however not recommended if you are on certain medications such as blood pressure, diabetes etc. Plenty of videos on TH-cam.

Actually anything that can help in inflammation is a plus in sciatica especially when it is spiking or your bad days, along with our diet etc. Whatever can help I've had sciatica for over 20 yrs recently its been the worst due to Age & not watching diet, way to much sweets , carbs etc so I'm to blame unless I start to do Something I might not be around, kinda haven't been caring due to Break up in marriage & not seeing my kids ..... This is crazy .. my blood results came back as B6 way too high . Making all those side effects every day . So B1 is increased .. 600mg a per day spread out to stop that feeling and 6 x B12 under tongue over the day . The side effects I have for not taking are way worse than taking too much. I know something isn’t right atm.. but that dam doctor just says w” well it’s not killing you ur bloods aren’t abnormal.. however I have fluid in knees and ankles . Still nope ur fine.. he says . I’m not looking to be sick or hurt but I’d like to know why all of a sudden I’m shovelling vitamins in for what reason ? Burning feet dry skin ,cracking skin , hands numbness, tingling , ice cold hands . Normally I’m the heater for others. I am at the start of menopause. I’m very been thru a lot of trauma in the last 4 years and only now out of the situation. I wonder if that what is causing my sciatica pain. Because of my Vitamin D is low and hypothyroidism has caused problems. I drink decaffeinated tea or coffee. I have trouble supplementing vitamin D because it constipates me.
I Take D3/K2 these are taken together. Get the D3 checked and it should be above 80 ng. If you are very deficient you may need larger doses for a short time but it’s hard to overdose. The D3 is better than D2.
Senna-S is a stool softener plus mild laxative for gentle relief as needed, or 1 or 2 tablets at bedtime can help relieve constipation. Old fashion prune juice (4-6 oz) daily can also help. Heat it up & it works quicker. Also has nutritional benefits.
@lilascharmante2712 I feel like I have more energy and less lethargic when I take it, clearer mind. It also helped ease my sciatica nerve, but it's great for people with diabetes. Or pre diabetes.
Had a terrible , first experience with sciatica a month ago. The treatment that worked was steroids. I have no significant symptoms since but the event was very painful and I went to the ER at the hospital. I fear a return. I take B12 . Is B1 the culprit?
The so-called "natural" treatments are a blind gamble as I found out. Also I would want to be guaranteed where the source ingredients came from. If they came from China.....RUN RUN as fast as you can. You have NO idea what toxic waste or industrial chemicals the China scammers put in food or "medicine". If you doubt this there are a bunch of videos on TH-cam exposing the unbelievable disdain Chinese scammers have for human or any life. Its unreal and your "cure" could be your death. You cannot be overly careful. Natural does NOT mean "safe" not at all. Just my personal experience with a horrible experience.
You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life.
