We just bought this, as there is a discount on it at Costco. We haven't broken it out of the box, but i would have likely found out about the punch point the hard way. Thanks for this heads up!

Have you gotten as much use of this as you hoped? Also, what is the wheel tread made of - rubber or plastic? Thanks!
Use it a lot and no issues wheels have rubber tread so they are not loud.I would buy it again
